The quality of the chicken Teriyaki is good and the brown rice was on point. The Teriyaki sauce is not the traditional Seattle style sauce. It's less sweet & more vinegary. The cabbage slaw that accompanies the meal needs a refresh. It's not bad, just "different". I'm not a green pepper fan & would like a light Asian style dressing to go with it. Pork gyoza was fine, but would be even better with a good steam & then seared longer in the pan. The gyoza sauce is sweeter & thicker than their Teriyaki. Maybe mixing the two sauces would balance the whole thing out? So if you want a healthy meal, but don't have any preconceived notions about Teriyaki give it a try.
