I rented cross country skis for the weekend with a few friends. My skis were great, worked well and getting them fitted was a breeze. We realized late on Sunday after driving a ways out that they closed earlier that day and we wouldn’t get back in time. We called to let them know that we wouldn’t get back in time. The staff member on the phone said to we’d be charged an extra day and to let her know if we wouldn’t come today. We told her we wouldn’t make it back so we’ll come by tomorrow and then she said well just let me know and hung up. When I went to return them, she had an attitude, even though I was very willing to pay the extra day of rental fee after dropping them off at 9:15AM in the morning. I had already paid the extra day rental fee and this woman was saying at least call back if you say you’re gonna call, which we didn’t say we would. We had three interactions with this woman and none were pleasant.

The staff was incredibly respectful and nice, they helped me try on two different pairs of skiing boots, making sure I had the best fit! They gave me a run down of their favorite trails.
