Normalmente no dejo reseñas, pero mi reciente experiencia fue decepcionante. Fui a almorzar temprano con mi hijo y dos amigos. El restaurante estaba casi vacío, pero el servicio fue increíblemente lento. Tardaron muchísimo en traer las bebidas, la comida y hasta cosas básicas como hielo y una botella de agua, que nunca llegó. Mi sopa estaba llena de papas con casi nada de carne, y la quesadilla de queso de mi hijo fue cobrada como una de carne para aumentar el precio. Tuve que levantarme varias veces para pedir cajas y la cuenta, y cuando pagué con efectivo y tarjeta, intentaron quedarse con mis $12 de cambio sin preguntar. Además, agregaron automáticamente una propina del 15%, que no se sintió para nada merecida dado el pésimo servicio. Las meseras pasaron más tiempo en sus teléfonos que atendiendo las mesas. I usually don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience was disappointing. I went for an early lunch with my son and two friends. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet the service was painfully slow. It took forever to get drinks, food, and even basic requests like ice and a water bottle — which never came. My soup was mostly potatoes with barely any meat, and my son’s cheese quesadilla was charged as a steak one to hike the price. I had to get up multiple times to ask for boxes and the check, and when I paid with cash and card, they tried to keep my $12 change without asking. To top it off, there was an automatic 15% gratuity, which felt completely undeserved given the poor service. The servers spent more time on their phones than checking on tables. Anteriormente, le di buena calcification. Solia ir minimo 3 veces por semana, revisando la factura. Hay un cargo de 15% de servicio. (Literalmente nosotros los consumidores pagamos el salario de sus empleados) por las meseras, (no una ) Ellas no ven esa plata, encima de el 15 % de servicio, aun hay que dar propina ? The food was good, but the customer service/greeting was not great at all. Everything look good, I asked question regarding a pastry, I did not know what it was.
