Inside, you order from the cafe area, then you can find a seat inside or outside, or take items to go. Elcy’s has food, drinks, candy and baked goods, but no kids menu.

Though the food may taste good, I’ve seen the guys who are preparing the foods and making it not practicing good hygiene or sanitation. They’re not wearing gloves when handling the food and I’ve seen them touching their phones or scratching their heads. She charged me extra for no reason and said the prices were listed differently. Instead of her conveying the information for any extra charges she didn’t .
