Tony Soprano's Pizza — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

I ordered a meal from here I've ordered before on Uber eats. The pasta, chicken, broccoli and garlic meal. Normally it comes in a very light garlic sauce. This time it came with the tin half full of liquid. The pasta was mushy, over cooked, and water logged. The broccoli was very dark off colored and mushy as if it was cooked (over cooked) days ago and left out on a counter. The chicken in the pasta i couldn't even bite into it was so hard. Couldn't even pull it apart with my fingers. Uber eats wouldn't refund me so I took me and my sick daughter (why I ordered delivery) to the store and politely asked for it to be remade. There was only one person working there. He was polite, and remade it. The pasta and broccoli was less over cooked, still a bit over cooked. The same chicken was on it, the chicken that was clearly bad and inedible. Tough and hard. It was less drowned in water but still had water on the bottom. It has ZERO taste. Theres definitely no garlic in it. I took it home and put some garlic and salt on it and its somewhat edible. The chicken i wouldn't even give to my dog. All in all I paid $25 for over cooked pasta and broccoli that I could have made at home, and I'm out the $8 in Uber eats...

EVERY TIME I order something is messed up! Before I had completely wrong order delivered, 1.5hrs for delivery 15 mins away, this time a hair in my food. Then they charge delivery fee and still get tipped. Sadly, there wont be a next time. Because part of my order was missing (still debatable who messed that up) and I had a hair in my food. They will bring me back a portion of the food missing (in 30+ mins) BUT they will charge me...EVEN though there was a hair! WOW! great customer service (in a sarcastic voice). Any normal good business would say, were sorry. We'll bring you new food, no charge. Distritos in Moorestown mixed up our order, said keep it...we'll pay for the mistake and the next one is on us! NOW THAT IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS; take notes Sopranos. Make up for your mistakes and within reason, the customer is always right. Just sayin... Oh, but they do have good cajun...

The place looks like a cover up to be honest with you it is a very weird environment it doesn't even look like a pizza place when you walk in the people that work in there don't even have people skills they do not greet you they're very weird and standoffish there's always another computer going on or some type of mechanical robot in the back being worked on electronical devices are always out they're always working on something different behind the counter I literally feel like in my heart this place is a cover-up I don't know why I get a weird and eerie feeling about this Tony sopranos but I've never seen a Tony's sopranos like this in my life before it is very awkward when I walk in there and it does not feel like a pizza place it feels like lab people are working on robots and computers and it's freaking weird it gives me the heebie-jeebies inside this place.
