For me to be the only car in the drive thru and having to wait still for 15 mins for a double cheeseburger and small fry I should have known this would be result. When I arrived home to see this is what I ended up with. I drove back to this restaurant and asked for my money back. When I walked into the restaurant, "cashier" was leaning on register. Since she wasn't the least bit aware she's at a job and should ask what I needed I just simply asked for Manger. Crickets As we are staring at each other and I proceeded to look at the other employees, all of which were either on their phone or looking lost. Finally, she says something to someone in the dining room, who when I turn around to see the manger sitting eating with a gentleman. He comes over asks the issue. I told him for the amount of time I sat in that drive thru and to get home with sloppily made burger and cold fries was just ridiculous. I said I just want my money back. He takes my receipt and goes to the register over by drive thru. Meanwhile the other staff are playing on phone and the cashier proceeds to go make herself a cherry slushy (although it was so dark red in color idk if that’s what the flavor was). I noticed another customer was having issues with drink fountain and drink coming out incorrectly. Everyone looks at him before someone goes and get him a drink from behind the counter. The manager returns to tell me that he can't do my refund, "he's never seen what it's doing before." I said, well I'm not leaving until I get my money back. Is there someone you can call? He says, he'll call his district manager. Long story short, I received my refund. Idk what is going on with this location, this isn't the first time experiencing issues here, its just those times I let it go. But this incident, I couldn't especially for the amount of money I paid. I understand something has shifted in the workforce mentality and it's hard for business, fast food especially to find good employees but there has to be a point where business need to shutdown a location or hire a new staff. This particular location is just terrible. I would highly suggest not wasting your time this location. I will say, kudos to the cook at this location for doing the best he could with the people he was...
Read moreThe floor was a little sticky and not wet even though the signs clearly said “CAUTION…Wet Floor.” Another negative was that the TV was not on. When I am in a restaurant one thing I always look for is if they have a TV and if it is on. TV’s are very important for entertainment purposes. The TV was invented in September, 1927 by John Logie Baird and in this new modern world, I would expect for there to be a tv everywhere nevertheless have the TV be on. In addition to that, this Burger King had very fancy gold plated fans with black blades. Ceiling fans were invented in 1882 by Philip Diehl. On to the food… The cashier server person was very kind and we got our food in less five minutes. On to the food… The trash cans were really cool and you push them and then you can throw stuff away. This Burger King included a good selection of trash cans all over the restaurant. On to the food… For food, we ordered some burgers, some chicken sandwiches, some chicken nuggets and a variety of different fries. These fries included chicken fries, fiery chicken fries, mozzarella fries, a few orders of regular fries and some churro fries. Fries were invented in the late 18th century and became popular in the 19th century in Western Europe. The regular fries at this Burger King lacked any salt and could not be eaten without ketchup. Thank god for that ketchup or else I would not have been able to eat any fries. I do not know if that issue was specific to that Burger King or if Burger King just has bad fries in general. The chicken fries and mozzarella fries were both very good. The churro fries were by far my favorite and I would go back and get those anytime. Moving on to the burger… The burger tasted a little burnt and the ketchup to mayo ratio was off with a little too much mayo but overall pretty good. The chicken sandwich could’ve been better and the chicken nuggets were...
Read moreCAUTION: After my most recent experiences I will warn everyone to approach this place at your own risk. The employee on my LAST visit literally told me over the intercom that my 2 combos were a "big order of stuff I don't have". He offered no other alternatives other than cancelling the order and ordering from what they had which he didn't divulge.
FOOD REVIEW: When the staff is working and focused the food they served is above what you would expect from a chain such as Burger King. The burgers are well made and the food is served fresh. HOWEVER, in the more frequent instances of dealing with overwhelmed staff the food served is subpar if not outright detestable. Quite a few times I've had to reach out to corporate for a refund for flat drinks, improperly made sandwhiches, cold food, and more.
RESTAURANT REVIEW: Since the pandemic this location has been declining overall. There seems to be a rotating door of employees with many instances of there being only 2-3 people on shift for prolonged periods of time. Other times there are extremely long waits for food. There was an instance where I waited nearly twenty minutes for the sole employee to come off their break to continue to take orders and make food. The signage and curb appeal are beyond disrepair. This is made more glaring by the new burger chain (Freddy's) which opened across the street. This is not the only Burger King location in this area suffering from these shortfalls. I place alot of blame on the Burger King Corporation for not doing more to keep their...
