After posting my original review I received a call from the owner with an explanation and the info for my refund. It took a week to get back to me but was issued a day after the i ordered. Given the hard times and his reasonable explanation I’m changing my review to 3 stars. I hope to change this review to higher the next time I try to order from here. We will see. Original post: I ordered food on the mobile app on 04/23/2020 This location is still listed as open today 5 days later. Mobile app allows orders and charged me. I waited outside for 30 min. Then called customer care because the location is closed and the owner’s never updated the info. It’s been 5 days and I have not 1) received any contact about my complaint 2) No Refund because as chick-fil-a corporate says its up to that stores owner 3) been offered anything (other than we can’t do anything ) for the waist of time, the no contact and no refund. 4) after the second time calling just to see if I could get a gift card for the money and go to a different location I’m still just getting NO and 5) if your company is planning to stay open during these times you should allow more options for corporate and customer service to actually help the customer. Make temporary changes to allow the customer service to issue a gift card refund to us and then the company can get it back later from that location, or just eat it because what’s $30 to a billion dollars corporation. It’s a treat to us to make this time a little less hard and it’s not even a drop of water in the bucket for chick-Fil-a bottom line. Very disappointed in how this is handled, it’s not the customer service reps fault it’s corporates fault and the bad owner that failed to update the hours to...
Read more"Alright, buckle up folks, because this Chick-fil-A review is about to take you on a wild ride through the poultry kingdom! So, picture this: I pull into what must be the largest Chick-fil-A this side of the Mississippi. Seriously, it's like the Taj Mahal of chicken sandwiches.
But let's talk about why I really stopped there – the bathrooms. Oh, those pristine, always-tidy bathrooms! It's like stepping into a five-star hotel restroom, complete with mood lighting and soft jazz playing in the background.
But here's where things get interesting. As I'm strutting up to the entrance, minding my own business, I'm suddenly greeted by none other than a Canadian Goose. Now, this feathered fellow wasn't there to take my order – oh no. He's hissing and running towards me like he's auditioning for a role in 'The Untitled Chicken Revolution.' I swear, he must have thought I was leading the charge against his poultry pals.
Fast forward to my exit, and who do I see waiting for me like a feathered sentinel? That's right, Mr. Goose, giving me the stink eye like I owe him chicken nuggets or something. We had ourselves a good old-fashioned stare down as I tiptoed around him like a contestant on 'So You Think You Can Dance.'
So, while I could go on and on about the deliciousness of Chick-fil-A's food (seriously, those waffle fries are sent from above), today I'm here to warn you about the real danger – the geese. It's birthing season, folks, and they're not messing around. Five stars for the food, five stars for the facilities, and five stars for the unexpected wildlife encounter. Chick-fil-A, you never fail to keep things interesting!"...
Read moreThe Chick-fil-A on Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake is a consistently strong performer, easily earning a four-star rating. It’s exactly what you've come to expect from the brand: dependably delicious food, exceptional efficiency, and genuinely friendly service. The drive-thru at this location is particularly impressive. Even during the busiest lunch and dinner rushes, the team here is a well-oiled machine, moving cars through with remarkable speed and accuracy. You rarely experience a long wait, which is a huge plus for those on the go. Inside, the restaurant is always spotlessly clean, and the dining area is bright and inviting, perfect for a quick bite or a family meal. As for the food, it's the classic Chick-fil-A experience. The chicken sandwiches are always perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, and their waffle fries are a consistent hit. Their lemonade is also a personal favorite – a perfect balance of sweet and tart refreshment. The staff members here consistently embody that signature Chick-fil-A hospitality. They are polite, attentive, and genuinely seem to enjoy their work, which makes every interaction a positive one. My only minor reservation, preventing a full five stars, is that the sheer popularity of this location can sometimes lead to very crowded parking, especially on weekends or during peak meal times. While the drive-thru moves swiftly, finding a parking spot if you plan to dine in can occasionally be a challenge. Despite that minor point, Chick-fil-A on Greenbrier Parkway is a fantastic option for a quick, high-quality, and satisfying meal in Chesapeake. It's a reliable go-to for...
