My experience at this Dunkin’ is always horrendous. I don’t think I’ve ever had the privilege of speaking to a nice employee. My experience this time was even worse. To start, greeting your customers before asking what they want is the bare minimum and yet it is still forgotten every single time. After relaying my drink order and asking a question about one of their new items, she hastily replied that she did not know with obvious attitude despite the fact that I was the only car in the drive thru. When I finished ordering my two items, she gave me the total and then because she forgot to turn her mic off, she mocked my voice and/or my order to whatever coworkers she was talking to. Because I’ve been overcoming a sinus infection, I have to clear my throat multiple times for my voice to come over clear and when I was relaying the type of donut I wanted, my tone came across as muffled/airy and she made fun of that immediately after I completed my order. When I asked the (different) worker at the window what her name was, he said Veronica.
Besides this, the drink was disgusting and made incorrectly. All I ordered was an iced Vanilla Latte which is normally made with 3 vanilla swirls (sweetened flavor). Instead, this was made with 3 vanilla shots (unsweetened flavor). It tastes bitter and watery. I don’t know if this person was new or what but they’re certainly not adding anything positive to this company.
I have no way of confirming that the worker gave me her real name, but I do know that I won’t be returning to this Dunkin. I come here multiple times a week and it’s constant frustration and attitude from the workers as if they do not want to be there. Read moreI went to this location twice; once because I was in the area, and the second time was to get an order remade. The first time around was not great. The white lady taking my order isn't as friendly and does have a little bit of an natural attitude. Does say thank you, very direct, tone not so pleasant. So, customer service was okay. My drink was made perfectly, my sandwich was great. But the Hash browns were burnt and crispy. The second time I went back, the same white lady was there and was more friendly. When I asked to speak to the manager, this black woman came out. She listened to my complaint, and replaced my meal with a sense of urgency. The second time around was much better all around, less Hash browns were to a crisp. And I could tell they were busy as the line was wrapped around the building. People do the best they can. It makes a difference when workers treat me as the customer nicely, and listen to my wants, and provide what I asked for...

I have been going to this location frequently, even decided that giving the app a go was something I was interested in. I love this location, they are very consistent, and the service is very friendly. The hashbrowns are a love of mine. Crunchy on the outside, and a perfect softness inside. My go to is (any, insert flavor here) latte and a bacon, egg, and cheese wrap. When I don't know what to order, the frozen coffee is a must try. Sadly this location no longer has mobile ordering online. I take it because they are either short staffed or just always busy. Either way, it's understandable on my end.
