I am pretty upset with the Battlefield Blvd location in Chesapeake VA. Its bad enough that I let it go that over the weekend my daughter and I went through that sane locations drive through. We had two cars ahead if us but we waited almost 20 minutes after order for just 2 drinks. The car in front of us only had one drink. I am guessing they where under staffed which seems to be a regular issue at this location on weekends. Anyways we get our drinks and drive away tired and ready to go home. My daughter in laws was just okay but mine was so horrible I could not drink it. I was so annoyed and just went home since I was already half way there and was not willing to wait again. Money thrown down the drain again.so this Irving I go into the same location before work and order a tall hot white mocha. It felt really light but I opened it and it had whip cream to the very top and I had to get to work and figured its fine. Then when I get to my desk I decide to open it and the cream is melted enough now to see how much coffee I actually had in it. Mind you, I had not drank any yet. It was barely half full. For $5 I want a full coffee. I work hard for money and yet this location seems to keep having issues. It is the closest one to my work and home so I keep giving it chances because I live Starbucks. Read moreFood and drink was good. However it was about the least amount of customer service I've ever recieved. I pulled up to the window and handed them a gift card I had as well as my debit card. The girl at the window never once made eye contact or said A SINGLE WORD to me. I thanked her each time she handed me something and she still never looked at me or said anything. Never read my my total before runnung my debit card after the gift card. And gave me both cards back with no receipt .I waited at the window because I wanted my receipt . she and one other girl glanced at me but still said nothing to me .I was trying to get someones attention, I didn't want to hold up the line but I didnt know what to do. They WOULD LITERALLY not say a word! Finally the girl poked her head out and rudely said "what are you waiting on??" I said I would like a receipt .She claimed the machine doesnt print one automatically .However the one I was given said "duplicate receipt" on the top. I was dumbfounded leaving there today. I never get Starbucks and it was a rare treat for me to go. And that's not at all what I'd hope to see when I'm paying $9 for a drink...

Clean and modern motif. Nice coffee and good service. But when a barista or really anyone who is truly passionate about what they do, you have to give credit where credit is due. (Jacob D.
