Starbucks — Restaurant in Chesapeake

My friend is handicap... Now weather you know this person or not it doesn't matter.... I get sometimes it's busy an there is no where for people to sit.... I get that really I do, but when your cashier is asked by a handicap person to ask someone not handicap to move from the table clearly marked for handicap people only... There should be no if's, and's, or butt's about it... The cashier should be polite and go ask that person to move epically when there are other chairs available at that point.... Now while they can't make you move just the simple notion of asking was all that was needed.... Now I do have a problem when the cashier says and I quote "I've have to many complaints already against me an i dont feel comfortable asking if they would move." maybe if you weren't such a tool people wouldn't complain about her. She did have someone else from there go ask but that's beside the point she was the one asked. .. I will no longer buy anything from this Starbucks ever again and unless my handicap friend can meet else's where... I don't wish to step foot in a place that will treat 1 let alone any handicap people like that.... So disrespectful on so...

Starbucks has done away with all their good drinks!!! They no longer have the Raspberry syrup for a Raspberry Mocha anything, and a total bummer that they did away with their Egg Nog drinks this year🤬. They keep jacking up prices, while no longer offering the drinks people actually like to indulge and the service here was mediocre at best. The workers seemed irritated at the fact of us having to take our time ordering (looking over the menu board) after asking for multiple drinks they have either discontinued or no longer sell. Then I order a drink with NO whip cream, and they still put whip cream on it. When I pointed out the error, they had the audacity to just scrape the whip cream off the top and handed it to me instead of making a new one correctly. I will no longer spend my money at this or any other Starbucks after this issue ( which is not my first issue at this establishment). I would not recommend this establishment after the horrible...

Olivia is awesome. She really cares about customers and knew my drink order by heart. This is absolutely my favorite Starbucks mainly because of the baristas like Sarah Olivia and others. I forgot to mention Jay because he rocks. He wasn’t here the day I put in the review but this guy makes the place great

Every time I meet one of the baristas at this location that have been working there for sometime I’m completely impressed. Heather is awesome and she is another reason that this is the best Starbucks

Sarah is by far the best barista of all the locations I’ve been too. Super friendly and always remembers my favorite drink and me. She is an awesome asset to Starbucks
