Me and the family stopped here after a day of shopping, we decided to dine in. This location is pitiful. Clearly stated dine in when ordering, they gave us 5 meals in 2 bags so had to dig through the bags and try to figure out what was what. Fries containers were put in the bag upside down so we just tried to split them evenly from the bottom of the bag. Items missing or wrong and when we went back to the counter they acted like we were bothering them. No napkins at the drink station so more trips to the counter as they never bothered to put anymore out even after they were informed by us and multiple other customers. My daughter got a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and couldn't eat 3 of them because they were all stuck together and not cooked all the way and still cold! Like how do you mess up chicken nuggets??!! Wife ordered vanilla frosty, they gave her chocolate and when she went back to the counter they said they were out of vanilla. I mean ok, cool, if you out that's ok but at least let me know, don't just give me whatever you got laying around back there (wife don't like chocolate either). So the manager comes out and looks at my wife and says "What, you don't want it?" Wife says no, I ordered vanilla and no one told us y'all were out. Manager snatched the frosty from her and walked off, came back a minute later and dropped some cash in her hand without a word. After seeing how the nasty lady manager handles things, it was clear why they couldn't get it together. Look y'all, Wendy's is my go-to for fast food, and my kids love it, but they even told me they didn't never wanna come back to this Wendy's. yeah, this location fumbled the ball big time. Oh, and for further reference, the table we sat at was right by the counter, and EVERY SINGLE OTHER CUSTOMER that came through while we were there complained about their order being messed up, so it wasn't just us. I think the store manager lied on her job application, cause my 12 year old could run that...
Read moreLet’s start from the beginning. Went to use bathroom before ordering…. Somehow a bathroom with tile floor smells like wet dirty carpet. This should have warned me off but I decided to let it go. Went to kiosk and ordered food. Overall food was mediocre. Ordered a large fries and got a half filled cup that was maybe equivalent to a medium. There was no lids, salt, ketchup, or any other condiment. Asked the lady at the counter for a lid and hands us our food without saying a word. Then went to go get ketchup, again not a single word was uttered but this time we got the annoyed eye roll followed by packs of ketchup tossed onto the counter in front of us. One would think that after 6 different people have asked you for ketchup that you might choose to refill the ketchup container. This apparently was to hard of a concept. I would have said something to the manager, but considering that the manager was walking around with headphones in or leaning over the counter texting on her phone I quickly realized why the majority of employees had headphones in and seemed disinterested in providing customer service of even the minimal standard. It starts at the top with the leadership. Even after the dinning room had cleared and no additional orders were coming in, nothing in the dining room was being restocked, cleaned, or refreshed. Just the same worker with a sour look on her face acting like everyone is a burden to her and she can’t be bothered...
Read moreI decided to choose Wendy's over Chick-Fil-A this morning 2Aug2025 0840. Bad move on our part. Upon arriving to the Wendy's the door was locked. Only had access to the drive thru. I had my little angel so she didn't know exactly what she wanted. I told the guy that was working in the drive thru that we were looking at the menu. He stated his is on a time schedule. I told him again we are still looking. By this time we just made a swift decision. I pulled around to the window and asked the guy if I could add a orange juice to the order. He told me no we don't do orders at window. I didn't receive a receipt or napkins. I understand people that work fast-food don't have the best customer service but you pick your rate you pick your fate. To the owner, store manager or general manager you may want to train this individual working at this location this morning. I didn't receive a receipt so I don't have his name. He had tattoos on his face, so I know you all will know exactly whom I'm referring to. The hot honey butter chicken biscuits and cinnabon pull apart was good. So not...
