Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Chesterfield

The same two people that are in a picture in the below review were in the store tonight. The short white girl was in the bathroom playing loud music for a long time while there were people waiting to go to the bathroom. One customer giggled the door handle and when the employee came out of the bathroom she was yelling and cursing about the customer waiting for the bathroom. She was saying really rude disrespectful comments about the customer. Another customer in the store was looking at her in shock and the woman asked her “what are you looking at” obviously seeing there are other reviews about these employees means management doesn’t care what kind of people they hire but this employee should not be in a customer facing role and if she is so miserable of a human she needs to find another job. Since this type of service seems to be acceptable at Jersey Mikes there are plenty of other sandwich shops to go to, I certainly won’t be returning to this one or any others owned by...

Very messy. They smashed my #8 sandwich when cutting it, like flattened it like a pancake. Meat and cheese was not placed in the center of the bread, it was hanging half off the side. The meat wasn’t that cold either. My daughter only ate half her sandwich and didn’t think her #7 was very good.

I’m not sure what all the hoopla is about with this place. The line is long and it takes a lot longer to get a sandwich compared to other places. The staff was not very friendly either. She asked if I wanted it Mike’s way and I was like, “what’s that?” She pointed to the sigh and told me to read it.

I think I’ll stay with going to Jimmy John’s. They have a much better environment and quality of sandwich that has more meat, cold ingredients, and a bread that’s full and fluffy, instead of smashed down.

I ordered through Uber eats, they were having a buy one get one free sale, so I did that, paid through Uber eats and then when I got my receipt my total had doubled, called them, they told me they couldn’t refund or cancel because I had already paid, they said I would have to cancel or talk to Uber eats. Hung up, decided to just keep the order, waited an hour for delivery and then got a notification that my order had been cancelled. Called back, was placed on hold and then hung up on, and then they ignored calls after that. Tried again later and someone answered and said that they actually can cancel orders.
