DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION! My 10:15 four sub order was not ready until 11:30, when I came in to get it, a shorter young man told me there was no bread? No apology, he just said it would be out in 15 minutes. It was already 10:20. The lights were off, chairs on the tables, and the manager was on his phone the whole time. When I got to my sons baseball game with the food, there were no napkins, mayo or mustard packets like Id ordered. The sandwiches were soggy and the meat was barely even in the bread. They had onion and mayo which I asked to be taken off. I called the store and I got put on hold for ten minutes so I hung up and went back up to the store that night. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I ordered food at 115 to be delivered to the bank for one of my employees lunch. After 40 minutes and no food I decided to call to see the eta....the associate who answered told me I was rude for asking how long it would take and he didn’t have time to talk to me because he needed to be making orders. He also told me it would be 1.5 hours before my food would be delivers due to them only having 2 delivery drivers....then he proceeded to HANG UP ON ME! I called customer service and I would like to be contacted by the franchise owner. Myself nor any employees of my bank will be spending money here. I never recieved the food so I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company......CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY...

There were 6 employees behind the counter and none of them seemed to have time to run the cash register or sandwich line. Three of them played (wrapped trash liners around another's neck, interrupted the others while making sandwiches, one called another the N word) while 3 customers waited for food and another 2 waited to have their orders taken. One customer complained about the lack of service and was meet with an argument that he should asked for help if he wanted a sandwich. That customer walked out. These kids need more supervision.
