Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Chesterfield

I entered this establishment as I have done on so many occasions. I have returned to this establishment repeatedly, because my experience with the food have been satisfactory, and the customer service was exceptional. However, a young man named Juan was working the registered. He displayed a level of apathy and behaved very rude. The demeanor that he displayed was repelling. In addition, he dressed my sandwich poorly and I perceived that it was deliberate. He was not provoked by anything that I did, because I did not behave towards him in the manner which he chose to behave towards me. I believe that the management needs to provide this young man with some training that would aid him in improving his performance. This was my first time encountering Juan, and his behavior has persuaded a level of reluctance in me to return with my family to this establishment. Owing to the fact; that I do not approve of anyone speaking to me or my family members with micro-aggressive language or disruptive inflictions in his voice. I love Penn Station, in St. Charles. I am staying in Chesterfield for awhile. We were looking for takeout Jan 3 ,2021. I saw they were open so we went in and ordered. There were a fewvyoung guys working. My husband and myself ordered our steaks and large fries. Well the fries were all tiny end pieces, no long fries. And his steak he asked for extra onions, he recieved NO onions. I ordered fried onions mayo and tomatoes. The tomatoes were sliced so thin and so few you couldnt even tastes them. I called in for a pick up order and asked how the gentleman was doing when he picked up the phone, he did not want to answer so he passed the phone to his co-worker. When I asked how he was doing, he ignored me and asked for my name for the order. I walked into the facility and the person that is cooking my food did not have a mask on nor gloves.
