Katie is a phenomenal personal trainer and I feel so grateful to have found her as I embark on my fitness and wellness journey. In just under 6 months, I have never felt better and Iām seeing significant positive changes!! When I went into the Class Pass app to confirm my reservation an hour before class, I realized that my reservation was no longer visible. I tried calling the gym and was sent immediately to voicemail. I then received a text saying that they canceled the class because there werenāt enough people signed up. I am frustrated that I wasnāt given any notice of this. Had I not checked my Class Pass app, I would have shown up and been turned away.
