White Castle — Restaurant in Cincinnati

I skipped my 4th of July picnic with family just wasn't in the mood for the heat. I thought that there was a location in Delhi which is closer to me. I continued to drive to West wood. OMG I thought they were close because I didn't see open signs and there were no cars in the drive thru or parking lot. I entered the location because no longer eat beef for 15 yrs and pork since Covid I walked in no one was in line or in the lobby I no of this location because I have a family member that live's around the corner. I looked at the full staff who looked at me and continued to talk among themselves.Which gave me plenty of time to observe the place. I walked up to the register a girl was sticking her entire hand and forearm in a bun bag.pulling the buns out and dropping half of them straight to the floor, There was cooked food all over the floor and counter there was open cheese onions every where.I don't know if they noticed the look on my face and how I was looking around but they started putting gloves on and a tall over sized man asked what I needed. Lord knows you get tired of fish ,chicken and turkey ,broccoli beansprouts etc. So I literally convinced myself to over look the buns falling to the floor while the young lady texting on her phone and talked to co worker's without concern. I guess it had really been a long time visiting a location because you couldn't see the grills the cashiers started working on the fryers. Boxes were blocking the view of things and I just couldn't do it. As bad as I wanted impossible burgers and chicken sandwiches and onion chips it would be ludicrous to ask GOD to bless food from this atrocity. I asked the employee to come over from bagging who no's food after ringing and taking money. I voiced that a young lady grabbed a dirty looking rag ang wipeed all the debrie from the counter. And then the bun lady prepared sandwiches on that dirty counter for at least 2 to 3 min. This young lady argued with me saying she wasn't the one using a dirty rage. OMG I told the guy I was wrong for being so thirsty for White Castles that I needed a refund and for the second after placing me order he told me to grab my own receipt when it was a whole roll of them once he said he cancelled my order he again told me to grab my own receipt he refused to look at them and confirm I had the right receipt....

This place will screw you, like they've done to me. Not sure how difficult it is to remember "toast", instead of "bun", from the ear to the finger(s) that press the button(s). After specifically ordering 6 sausage, egg, cheese, breakfast sandwiches on "toast", I asked them to be sure, at the window. The guy said something to the effect of: "yes, on toast, yes" I was handed a very large brown paper bag (with various smaller brown paper bags within it), that smelled just like dog shampoo. It was horrible smelling. My driver asked: "is it all in there?", and was assured that it was all there. The smell of that bag was very bad. It was horrible. When arriving at my destination, we checked the bag(s) for everything, and sure enough there were no breakfast sandwiches on toast. The entire purpose/reason for even stopping at this store, was for those sandwiches. I immediately called the store location, and could get no-one to answer. I decided to leave a "pleasant" message on their system, letting them know that I'm not only disappointed with them/their service/competence, and that I will wreck there store. I plan on doing just that, by doing things just like this. Every chance that I get, I'm going to tell people about how rotten that place is. Don't spend your money, or time, at this location. You'll do better at a speedway gas station, at any time of day. The BP across the street from them has food, and it's better than what you will get at this dump (IMHO). This place needs revamping from top to bottom and cleaning top to bottom..I suggest if you order check your food too make sure it's done, fresh,and what you ordered..extra onions were burnt..suppose to be fresh but sandwich had dried fried edges. Buns stuck to the sandwich where you can't even lift off sandwich. Bun was stale...not fully cooked fish.. chicken was hard as a rock .when I called back to restaurant no answer for quite sometime then when answered placed on hold while they try to see which manager was on duty..then manager refuses call..I think cause it was end of their shift..so told by a person who answered the phone to just bring the food back..when told I was to far away I get a shhhh over the phone..then they say will put your name on your receipt and come back when you can.. NEVER.. white castle can keep the money and apply it toward training your cooks, cashier's , and management and improve your customer...
