My kids went in a Monday which is $10 wrist band, meaning unlimited play on the arcade games. They give you a card to scan when you play a game. They have other games and a separate area that cost extra- 10 credits equal $1, most games are 10 credits. They mark games with a red light (included in Monday game pass) and a rainbow light (additional charge). We have not been in a regular night so I'm not sure how it differs. There is a bar for adult use and they do have food available to purchase, I remember seeing fries and a burger as a choice. My kids had a great time (age 15). I can see how this place could get crowded quickly, it's big inside just tightly packed with games. Great downtown location. Staff seemed nice and helpful. We will definitely return for some fun.

Flipper's was sooooo much fun! Amazing how much there is for kids to do there! The fun isn't for just the kids though, me and my 3 year old granddaughter were both fighting off dinosaurs 🦖🦕 that were chasing after us in the forrest and he hid in the deepest parts of the jungle while we waited for the bravest military soldiers to come in and save us! Then after we were brought safely home, we hopped on our Ducati's and went for a long ride! We worked up an appetite and sat down for a snack! All in all, it was a great way to spend the day! The staff and service there are exceptional! They're ALL so helpful and amazing and they even played a round of awesome air hockey with us! It was a blast!!!! We'll be back soon! 😊

There's lots of games and fun to be had. However, we were ultimately a little unimpressed.

Upon walking in there was no one to greet us or give us any sort of instruction for what to do. We wandered around looking for where to order food as we were going to eat and then play. As we looked around we found seating but most of it was reserved for birthday parties. We realized you must order food at the bar but being so busy with very little seating available we decided to get drinks, play, and eat somewhere else.

So my husband went to the bar to order our family some drinks and stood there for almost 12 minutes before the bar tender even acknowledged he was standing there. We got our drinks and realized there was a self service machine to load a card with credits so we used that and started playing.

Unfortunately most of the games that were appropriate for my toddler to play were out of order and she was disappointed. We tried playing the Dance Dance Revolution game but the on screen instructions were mostly not in English and there was a speaker placed right above the game playing music so loud we couldn't hear the music on the game.

We used all our credits and went to the counter to exchange our points for prizes. The employee sauntered over to us and asked with a big sigh what we wanted.

I would like to return and try the place again but our first impression just...

Visited on 6/28/23. A+ establishment. Food and games were both very affordable. The place was also CLEAN and pricing was very fair especially relative to other modern arcades and family entertainment centers. $20 spent here would be the equivalent of at least $50-$60++ at other establishments.

The staff was also on-point. John was great, Ash(?) In redemption was very pleasant, and our bartender (sorry can't remember her name) was awesome!

I'd love to hear about the cleaning routines. I've worked in and managed arcades for 11 or 12 years and understand just how difficult it is to fight dust. Standards are clearly very very high in the cleanliness department.

A few games had some problems which is to be expected from arcade games... Nature of the beast. If your DDR machine is for sale drop me a line ;)

The only small thing I have to say is that ticket payouts seemed a little oddly skewed and sometimes games with consumables seemed short. Best example is Pacman power pellets. There weren't enough balls making the jackpot virtually impossible to hit. All ranks that were achievable with slightly above average play only gave 4 tickets. The Nintendo playchoice also gave very little time for a swipe. Nothing too awful :).

Any time I pass through Cheyenne I will likely stop by if...

Recently went here for the first time since the pandemic started and was pleasantly surprised by the updates they've done. They've upgraded the vast majority of their machines to accept prepaid NFC cards that you buy from a machine. The cards can be reloaded and you can check your balance form their machines or from a website. No more pockets full of quarters needed. No more ATM needed. You can take the card with you when you're done and use your leftover balance or reload it as needed.

They've added a number of new machines that were quite fun. They have a motorbike racing game where you sit on a bike and have to lean and such to control. The new game I enjoyed most was the Halo one that is similar to the Jurassic park game they've had for a while. It has a mounted turret style weapon and supports co-op. They also have a Star Wars pilot simulator that looks quite fun and immersive but I have not tried it yet.

The only downside is they used to have a Walking dead game with co-op, similar to the Halo game. They appear to have gotten rid of it unless it was in the other room and I missed it.

Lots of pinball machines in about every theme.

They also have a bar and have food options. I will have try that...
