My BFF was hosting Connect to Women Conference & I wanted to send an arrangement that had some of her favorite colors & to let her I was supporting her far away in Florida where I live. Her husband immediately suggested Prarie Rose & told me for certain they were the best florist in town. I phoned during business hours the very next afternoon.
When I called I was happily surprised to have an incredible conversation with Jennifer one of the floral designers. I explained how important this was was short on time to get it delivered to the venue. Simply put I told her â it has to have something purple , white roses, some type of Lilly, some sparkle, a little bit disco & a tiny bit over the top, to reflect how STELLAR my bffâs passion for helping others truly is. â
Jennifer brainstormed with me with what she had just received from their weekly delivery & she connected with my energy & desire to really create a show stopper. By the end of our conversation I knew 100% KNEW sheâd do exactly as I asked from 2,000 miles away. She emailed me photos of the FANTASTIC arrangement & made sure to communicate with the front desk staff of the venue to be on the lookout for its delivery & to get it to my bff.
I was so pleased I called back to compliment Jenniferâs outstanding customer service to one of the owners, Rachel & had a similar experience with her as well. In a world where customer service is harder & harder to find & then to be part of such a great energy & palpable sense of passion for sharing beauty in the world I wanted to leave a great review of this outstanding florist & the team at Prarie Rose, bottom line there really isnât another florist in Cheyenne that could possibly compare! I hope I can post the delivered arrangement & how it continues to bloom over a week after the event. I was on the phone I canât imagine what weâd put together in person!    Read moreIâm honestly very disappointed with The Prairie Rose. Last year, I ordered my prom bouquet from them and was so happy with the results. Unfortunately, this year was a different story. I provided inspiration photos, including the one they made for me last year. Someone picked up the bouquet for me and sent a photo, I noticed the colors were off. I called and found out it was due to a communication issue. It wasnât a huge deal, and I appreciated that they agreed to remake it. However, when I finally received the bouquet in person, it looked wilted, poorly arranged, and didnât resemble a proper $60 bouquet at allâit looked more like something worth $15 at any supermarket in town.    Read moreCalled ahead of time to confirm I could place a same day flower order for my grandmotherâs birthday. The male employee on the phone confirmed they would be able to do the service for me. He explained the website wouldnât let me book for same day but assured that wouldnât be an issue and that it could be done. After browsing for nearly an hour I made my choice, sent in the request, paid. I called to confirm and he again assured it wouldnât be a problem. I wanted to know what time I should expect them to be delivered so I called once more and was met with a nonchalant weâre not accepting that order for today with no explanation!
