I went to this pizza place on Monday and boy do I regret it. So many things were done wrong at this pizza place. First, I saw that the people making the pizza weren't wearing gloves or masks during this time where there's an epidemic, which simply explains why Cheyenne has one of the highest number of coronavirus cases in Wyoming. Also, right after taking my money the lady at the cash register went straight to touching the pizza dough, without the thought of washing her hands after handling money. Don't even get me started on the dust I saw on their company phone, cash register, and chairs. The man working on the pizza answered the dusty company phone and went back to making pizzas. Adding onto the no masks and gloves part the employees were talking to each other over the pizzas unprofessionally. Do these people not know that there's a pandemic occurring present time? When I got my pizza the pizza slices weren't cut all the way through, which made it very difficult to eat. So many things were done wrong, not sure if it's the workers for that day or if it's the pizza store in general. This place really ruined the Papa John's reputation of its franchise around the world. Not quite sure if I'll ever purchase anything at a Papa John's Pizza store, thanks to the unprofessionalism I witnessed with...
Read moreVisited one of your locations on Tuesday, June 17 at 3:25pm. To be more specific I went to 1958B dell range blvd B Cheyenne wy 82009. Placed an order via phone. Up on pick up paid for my food and was told that the cash transaction was not showing in there system because of something the manager “Darcy” did to the system before my card was charged. I explained to them that, base on my current transactions my card was charged. The manager’s attitude and body language towards me was so disrespectful shouting and just being so unprofessional. She went on to print out her transactions for the day, when I showed her the current figure that was taken out of my account which was $30.62, she then got the food that was paid for in the first place and said here you go. I then stated that I would like a refund based on the fact that she was being rude and had me there standing for almost an hour because of her mistake she then began to get upset and went around the back. Came back an was like your refund will show in your bank 3-5 business days, I stated that I would like some form of proof, a receipt something. Ofcourse there was another attitude. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get my receipt. Personally this type of employee should not be representing your company. Again the manager’s...
Read moreI ordered and paid for my pizza online from Papa Johns on Dell Range. I picked up my order at the store and was offered plates and napkins which I did not need. I asked for a few of the green spice packets and the pizza guy said I could help myself.
Since I ordered one of my pizzas with thin crust, I didn't get the garlic butter with that pizza. I asked for just 1 extra garlic butter and was told it is 50 Cents. I didn't bring my wallet in because I had already paid for the pizza and the pizza guy told me that he cannot give me ONE garlic butter because it messes with their food costs.
I appreciate being asked if I need plates or napkins and even to help myself to the spice packets, but to give me a hard time about ONE garlic butter seems a bit ridiculous to me. What happened to taking care of the customer? Especially a regular one?! I have worked many years in the food industry, so I understand about watching food costs, but that should never be used as an excuse to take care of a customer.
Pizza was good, but I what left me with a bad taste in my mouth was the not being taken care of as...
