I ordered caramel nut cinnamon roll and garden scrambler. I had to get back in line cause cashier didn't hear first time asking for caramel roll. Cashier said "something else you want" twice and kinda rudely. Held my tongue and ordered caramel roll 2nd time. Garden scrambler was finished. So I left with food. No ketchup, salt and pepper for potatoes and eggs. I guess you have to ask now. Worst was $6 caramel roll- it was very dry and very old. That roll had to be sitting in display case for days. That caramel roll didn't get put together today or yesterday. Even putting in microwave didn't help. No caramel and very hard and very dry. I didn't eat it. $6 in garbage can. Garden scrambler with toast (was not going to eat toast if I had caramel roll) was only thing worth eating. Scrambler was good and edible. Only thing that saved my...

Today 7.24 I placed a order via grubhub for a pick up of 12... needless to say I didnt get out of my meeting until 1pm. When I arrived it was not in the pick up location I asked a employee as I was talking to him the manager said hey your nick with...and told me my order! Wow! Rush hour for lunch and you remembered my whole order and knew where it was. She was amazing. About a hour later I came back for a large soda.. AGAIN SHE REMEMBERED MY NAME...engaged with me and made me smile! wow I must say I'm very sorry for not remembering her name but shes tall and i believe managment. SHOT OUT TO HER AND HER PROFESSIONAL FRIENDLY MANNERS! 5...

I come here fairly often since it's close to where I work. The food isn't bad for the price, but the service is absolutely awful. Even if no one is ahead of me in line, I often have to wait 20 or 30 minutes to get served. That's right, a half hour wait for a sandwich!

It's probably because the staff is never on task. While they leave the cash registers and kitchen unmanned, you can see them chatting and taking breaks even during high traffic hours. If you value your time, it's probably best to try any of the other similar cafes...
