Appr 6:45 am im in the drive thru and thinking of all sorts of thing mistakenly did not place my order at the speaker. I stead of backing up because of so many cars behind me I decided to order at windows. When I got to the windows I explained that I forgot to use the speaker and all I want is a large hot coffee black. Brie the lady told me I would have to leave the drive thru and get back in line to use the speaker. I said you have to be kidding all I wantbis coffee she told me it would not be fair to the other drivers I said what can I speak to the manager. She said I am the manager. I asked it again large coffee black and you can ring me up at another register she told me I can walk in and order im livid now and told her there is a line out in the street the lobby is full and you think that is fair to me. So I placed the car in park and asked again large hot coffee black Brie mumbled something because I could not hear her. She asked someone to get the coffee and rung me up. A manger should never respond that way to a 3.62 transaction. It's not profitable waist of time and energy. Retrain her and pull her off drive thru....
Read moreOk I HAVE to do this review after consistently shopping with this Dunkin’ Donuts for the past year almost every day. I Drink Dunkin’ Donuts EVERY DAY & have been shopping with Dunkin for over six years getting the same drink. This is the only Dunkin where it has been made extremely inconsistent, My drink always lacks coffee (which is crazy) And if you asked them to fix your drink, they get an attitude. They will correct you or say “ Well, that’s why she didn’t add sugars” Or something like that instead of just fixing your drink. I’ve never had to get my drink remade so many times I still go home unhappy, but I keep my mouth closed because I tried to be gracious towards the workers but today I felt completely disrespected as well. They Do not know how to say, “ok I’ll fix it” Without showing some sort of attitude. It’s crazy because I love the Dunkin establishment, but this Dunkin location has me ready to boycott...
Read morePretty abysmal. As someone from New England who has a Dunkin on every corner, I am a frequent customer to many locations, this one is pretty awful. It was pretty busy, but when I went to order the woman barked at me that “no food” indicating they didn’t have the ability to make food due to the high demand of cars in the drive thru. When I went to pay she overcharged me grossly, it ended up coming to 16 dollars for a small latte and muffin, when I questioned her about it she didn’t speak English and got argumentative about giving me my money back. After about 5 minutes of her angrily tapping the kiosk trying to figure out what she’s doing, she gave me the cash...
