The most expensive Breakfast and the absolute worst experience I've ever had by far. How does a customer build their own omelette and that comes out wrong. Nothing I order was cooked the way I asked for it and the staff didn't care to fix it. I sent items back which never returned and the other items which were also wrong I just had to eat them, and trust me I was definitely charged for everything all though some of it I never received or tasted!
I believe and I could be wrong, but because of its location in the McCormick place and the Hyatt they can care less about satisfying customers and building repeat business. Due to the Many visitors in and out of these two establishments.
