I have so much to say about this location I don't even know where to begin. This location doesn't even deserve one star. There's been a lot of issues with this place, but I continued giving them my service because one, it's close to home and two, I hoped that they would get it together the next time, but I'm done with this location and I think corporate should know that the staff working here is terrible!

They're rude and don't know what they're doing. How can someone screw up black coffee? I didn't even realize it til I drove away (lesson learned) As a coffee lover, coffee is an important part of my morning. I find myself leaving this place upset which messes up my whole mood. I try not to let it get to me but c'mon they should know how to do their job! Another complain with this place is that everytime I go it feels like I'm gambling. I never know what I'm going to get. Sometimes the iced lattes are perfect other times it tastes and looks like I ordered milk! I've asked for no sugar and guess what? I get it with a ton of sugar!! so upsetting!! I've also been charged different prices for almond milk (only at this location) I understand that almond milk is extra, but they clearly they have no idea what they're charging. I always get charged something random. Today was the last draw! I got my got coffee almost half way filled Unbelievable!

I'm a broke fulltime student so I try to save as much as I can. Dunkin offers discounts for students, but guess what? Apparently not at this location. I just don't get how this place manages to mess something up every time I go!!!

Lastly, it's a hassle to get to this location if you're driving northbound on Ashland you'll have to bust a Uturn in the middle of traffic if not, otherwise, you'll have to go all the way around. Each Dunkin Donuts are different. However, I went to the location on 8753 S. Stony Island Ave., and ordered 2 medium strawberry milkshakes. The milkshakes that I'm used to then making were always a bit thick in consistency, which was/has always been my preference. But this time around, the shake was way to milky. After asking an associate why it was so milky, she explained to me that there was something with the ice cream/ machines and that the store was aware. I asked her if she could remake my shakes and she said sure but I had to go back to the end of the line. That wasn't a problem, as she had other orders and customers to attend to. When I returned to the window, the milkshake was the same consistency, very milky, as if she just reblended the shake over again. At this point, I was concerned, and told her politely that maybe the store should address the ice cream/machine issue to customers. I also asked for the store number but she told me she didn't know. Luckily, I went back this morning, 06/19/25, to get a Guava and Lemonade refresher (LOVE)...got my receipt and got the store number. Great customer service at this location but I think their honesty about certain products should be made aware...
