Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Chicago

I will not return to this Popeye. First I am Hispanic when I arrived two female workers of Mexican origin were fighting then one of them started fighting with a 3rd age customer there I was already choosing to leave when my turn came the lady with yellow hair was taking my order, the lady came up with whom he argued, and constantly told him that my order could not be taken when he asked for another order he did the same thing I said but what happened here??? because I always ask for the same thing at the Popeyes that I go to, here he told everyone that it's not totally good. I told him that I always order the same thing at Popeyes and he rudely told me "go away to Popeyes, you're going stupid" but he had already placed the order and the charge the other woman was about to call the police but I left it like that because of the rush I was already having to leave I told her that they didn't give me the napkin, the young woman threw the napkin at me with gestures, between the lady increase to murmur making fun between laughing shouting directly at me, I was recording them, in fact the name of Popeyes is making these workers of Mexican origin look bad, clarifying that I have nothing against their origin, they are 2 ladies and 1 young woman, Why put them in the kitchen and not have customer contact because they are troublesome and aggressive to be in...

I ordered my food at the drive thru. The lady told me the total. I immediately showed her my phone letting her know that I would be using my Samsung pay. She then put the machine on the counter INSIDE the restaurant part. I thought she had placed it there to get it ready to charge me. She then looked at me and said that it hadn't gone through. I then informed her that it was because I hadn't tried because the machine was to far. Mind you, the machine wasn't sitting at the end of the stainless steel counter rite outside of the windows, it was literally well inside the restaurant. Again I said to her that I could not reach the machine from where I was. With no voice she clearly scrubbed her shoulders waving her hands as if saying come out of your car and tap. I then told her AGAIN that she needed to bring the machine out a bit more. It wasn't until I told her how disrespectful she was being to a loyal customer that she slightly pushed the machine out so that I could barely reach to tap. I left that place so mad that I didn't even eat my meal. PLEASE REVIEW THE CAMERAS...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! As I walked i knew this place was a little iffy from the looks of it The server was also the girl mopping and cleaning up she bagged my food and didn’t even wash her hands let it sit while there was someone else taking orders who pulled up my order up in the first place the chicken was cold and nasty and I requested fresh chicken while the cook was just standing there doing nothing because they didn’t tell him to make fresh chicken it was dirty and nasty in the restaurant as you walk in no one even says anything to you until you stand for about 2-3 minutes and the lady who asked for my order pretended she barely understood me or what I was saying when she clearly was the manager this was by far the worst Popeyes in my experiences, food quality, service, cleanliness, and lacked any frehness whatsoever, the woman who bagged the chicken who mopped also didn’t wear any gloves and I didn’t see her wash her hands nor hear her wash her hands while she boldly bagged my food I told them to keep it and have a nice day after being refused to make...
