White Castle — Restaurant in Chicago

This place is always doing something wrong and the older ladies there have such an attitude that if the burnt food doesn't make you lose your appetite they're bad attitude and work performance will surely do that for you. I ordered a 5pc mozzarella stick and two chicken sandwiches I paid for it and when I went to the next window and waited 10 minutes the lady opened up the window and" said what do you want" to which I replied I want my food already she slammed the window shut then came back 5 minutes later to tell me to pull up by the door for another 15 minutes. WORST WHITE CASTLE EVER. Just spent 37 minutes in the drive-thru from getting blocked in by all the cars and it took that long just to get 10 mozzarella sticks and two cheeseburgers. This white castle was horrible the night I went. First we waited over 15 min for are food. I order two combo meals and the burgers were cold and the fries was too. He wanted sprite as his drink but they were out. So he got coke but it wasn't a coke it was grape pop. But it gets worst, as my boyfriend takes out his combo meal and instantly he notice that one of his buns was missing. Yes that's right they forgot to put his top bun and a slice of cheese on his burger. Like you got be kidding me. Then we called the manager and she was not concerned at all with the issue and just told us to bring it back. After a long day at work and date night we were exhausted and said no. When I went there and I placed my order I waited a long time in line I think someone in front had a large order ...my sandwiches when I got them were very sloppy the meat was halfway off the bun I did not get my ketchup mustard everything that I ordered on the sandwich and pickles were on the bottom of the carton.. I called and talked to Kim she said she would replace the order keep the receipt I went back a week later I got the replacement and the sandwiches were still very very sloppy I don't know how hard it is to put the meat on the bun when you put it in the carton but I guess it's too much for that place they should train the people working there to do it properly..
