Unfortunately, mediocre at best. We visited middle of the afternoon during the week, though there was a volleyball tournament happening. Pros: Great location. Various fun decor featuring pop culture icons, sports memorabilia, etc. Menu seemed to have a decent variety. Seated quickly. Cons: Food was extremely bland. Ordered the spinach & artichoke dip as an appetizer ($14). It had absolutely no flavor and some of the artichokes were not even edible, extremely chewy. Ordered a chicago-style hotdog along with a cup of, what the waiter described as, "chicken noodle soup" ($18), which took an hour to arrive. The hotdog was bland and sadly nothing special at all, just like a cheap store bought kind. The soup was not as described; it had three small pieces of chicken, no noodles, and a massive amount of diced carrots and celery. (Photo uploaded was prior to eating any) Review prior to this one with a photo of the same hot dog is accurate. We ordered alcoholic beverages - a punch and blueberry mule ($14 each). The mule tasted off, like cleaner, and the punch was bad too, nothing near what it should have been (I love rum punches so I order them nearly everywhere that offers them). Service was OK. The front half of the building was empty, but the back room was full where we sat, though there was multiple waitstaff. Unfortunately, would not visit again.

We called heading over and were told for a table of 7 we would wait about 10 min. When we got there (about 15 min later) we were told 45 min. We waited anyway because we really didn’t want to shop around for food at this point. Once we were seated, our server came right over. Drinks were out fairly quickly. Food took about another 45 mins and it didn’t seem super busy. There were many empty tables. But they may have been short staffed in the kitchen so I get it. Prices are surprisingly not bad here. For a touristy place, they could get away with hiking up prices but this was no different than any chain restaurant pricing. The food was good. Seemed like the noodles had been sitting under a heating lamp for a while but everything else seemed pretty fresh. This place is in a great location. As soon as you walk in the navy pier shopping area, it’s within steps. There’s an outdoor seating area that I’d love to try out here too sometime. The memorabilia is fascinating and the place is iconic. If you’ve never been, so yourself a favor and go at least once. You won’t regret it.

Situato sul porto, ottima vista se si mangia fuori all’aperto. Cibo ottimo, servizio veloce ad un giusto prezzo.
