I visited Hue this past Friday March 24th with my boo and a group of other people. It was guest list only so make sure to rsvp online before you go. There was no cover charge. They have a mandatory coat check that we didn’t use because it was full. The place was packed! It’s a cute space but was almost at full capacity. Even the area designated for private sections was packed to capacity, so I’m not sure what the benefit to paying for bottle service would be, because there was absolutely no place to sit or dance. The music was on point! Typical Rap/Hip-Hop.
We stayed at the bar and ordered multiple rounds of drinks and shots. The service was great for us.
Parking in the area can be tricky, and the department of revenue was definitely out ticketing and booting people, so drivers beware!!
My only complaint is that the place was veryyy packed. All in all I’d definitely visit again, probably before 11pm so the place wouldn’t be as crowded, but great for a...
Read moreHue was very disappointing. My friends and I were in town visiting and they were not inviting or welcoming at all. We attended on a Friday night for a Room Service party. At the door I was asked to remove my hat because it wasn’t allowed. This wasn’t stated anywhere on the website as a part of the dress code. I abided and when I walked in over 10 individuals were wearing a hat. When I asked an employee why this was happening they said that all of the individuals wearing a hat “worked there.” This was a blatant lie because the individuals were not at all working but enjoying themselves at the party. I noticed that individuals who were allowed to wear hats were known by the bouncer and he let them slide. The bouncer also stated that “young people like me” wear their hats to the side and as an older gentleman he doesn’t like that. I felt targeted and uncomfortable. My friends and I left after less than 30 minutes because we felt...
Read moreThe atmosphere was decent. The security staff was very efficient but their waitress staff was terrible. Had a section, and had to consistently look for the waitress. We waited for menus and by the time she came to is, the kitchen was closed. We had been there for hours before the kitchen closed. Most of the time she was hanging out in an area with the security guards. The worst part was when we weren't looking, she removed our bottles (that we paid $500 a price for) from the table. I know for a fact we had half a bottle of Remy left. She pointed to a cup in the table where she said she poured the remaining. The cup was about a shot worth. Impossible. I've been getting sections around the world for many years and never have I seen someone pour the contents of my bottle into a cup (allegedly), and take the bottle without anyone noticing. I don't like feeling like I'm going to get schemed when I go out to have a good time, so I...
