Absolutely awful experience. Attended an event at this venue, that was way overbooked by the host. Not the restaurants fault, but they were severely understaffed, and there was no plan apparently to deal with the crowd size. We were eventually seated, my girlfriend and I, and ordered our drinks and our food. This is where it went downhill. Our food came before our drinks. Waitress did say the bar was backed up, again, severely understaffed for the occasion. My girlfriend ordered a side salad, I had the Impossible Burger. Per the menu, the burger I ordered came topped with lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions. I added mushrooms and SWEET PEPPERS. Also came with fries and a small salad on the side. My burger had cheese on it. Nowhere on the menu does it state that it comes with cheese. I asked our server who decided to put cheese on my burger, she replied that the kitchen had asked her what kind of cheese, and she took it upon herself to tell them what kind to put on my burger. Unacceptable. She looked at me puzzled. I told her I could not eat the burger because of the cheese. She reluctantly took the plate back to the kitchen. Literally, she did not want to take the plate back. She came back a few minutes later and said my burger should be out in 5 mins. Great. By this time I drinks had come. A guy emerges not even a minute later with my burger. He says "enjoy." I look at the burger, and I can see cheese on the side of the patty. I lifted the bun, and there was remnants of cheese on the patty, and mixed in with the toppings. They simply removed the toppings, scraped the cheese off mostly, and put the same toppings back on which cheese had melted to. Unacceptable. I told the server I didn't want the burger. With an attitude she grabbed my plate and stormed off. We sat for some time enjoying our drinks and I picked at my girlfriends salad, expecting that's all I'd be eating at this establishment. Our server then returns to our table with burger!? I'd told her I didn't want it, yet she decided to bring another burger. Ok. I'm hungry. I'm tired of fighting over this burger, I'll just eat it. These people are special. I lift the bun to make sure there is no cheese. No cheese! INSTEAD, someone decides to put MUSTARD AND KETCHUP on my burger! Can't make this stuff up. Not only that, there ate green peppers on my burger, not sweet. There are also no grilled onions on this one. So they've now added toppings, again, that are not on the menu, and omitted one. Not only that, I no longer have a salad on this plate. Just a mound of shredded lettuce, and one slice of tomato! Both of which are for the burger. At this point I'm laughing. But I'm irritated, also. I eat the burger. It easy good, at all. We finish our food and try to enjoy the event at the restaurant, which is another story. We ask for our check, server just takes my card. That's odd, but ok. We are just trying to leave. Get the receipt to sign after my card was run, and it is way higher than I anticipated. Remember, we had 2 alcoholic beverages, an impossible burger, and a side salad. My bill was $67.78. For what? We didn't eat anything! I ask our Server Witta Attitude if I can see the breakdown of the charges, which I should have been given anyway. It takes 5 minutes to get it. Once received, we notice we were hit with $11.30 gratuity... for 2 people? Cmon now, that's absurd. Plus the service was subpar at best. Explains why she didn't give us an itemized receipt before charging my card.
I'd never return to this place. Understaffed, Ashley J who was our server had a terrible attitude regarding the burger situation, and for the money we could have BOTH had a meal, instead of a burger and a salad. No recommendations for this place, and I'd give them 0...
Read moreMy best friend and I ate here on St.Patricks Day and when we initially entered the building it didn't seem very promising it was really crowded and seemed as if no one wanted to leave which is a good thing for the business we were greeted nicely when we entered which was nice we were asked how many in our party it was just the 2 of us so we waited and waited and waited again the place was jumping but suddenly James approached evidently he is the head of security but wears many hats within the business after waiting a while some tables became empty but according to James he says I can't sit just the 2 of you at a big table like that hmmm then he turns to the party behind us and says how many they say 3 after calculating and doing simple math 3 is only 1 more than 2 that's a pretty big table for 3 as well James must have thought about it and knew that it would not be a good idea to seat them and we had been there wayyyy longer than they were. Just when I looked to my friend and said I think we should go she said well no we've waited this long so let's wait and out of no where here comes this beautiful queen by the name of Sherri she greeted us and said you guys have been here for a while let me get a table cleaned and get you guys seated not only did she seat us made sure the table was cleaned and James even came and swept and mopped the floor I enjoyed every moment of this treatment queen Sherri even took our order personally and knew all the good eats that we needed to order on the menu she even made us laugh and had small talk but all of this was interrupted by a wicked witch by the name of bernadette don't know what her issue is or was but she is very rude and unprofessional just when bernadette thought she would put a damper on our evening we were saved by princess Tyeisha who treated us with kindness and made us feel as if we were in VIP and made sure everything was to our liking the food was good the service was good we had wings pizza loaded fries and fried calamari we also had a couple cocktails the overall experience was great we even got to meet the owner and spoke with him shortly thanks for the great service however just as we were in the mix with fun and laughter here comes bernadette asking are you guys done ignoring our answer of NO she proceeds to clean the table and even tries to remove the plate and my bestie was biting her chicken I said bernadette is you cool you don't see her still eating 🤔 she said oh I'm fine I grabbed my friends plate back from bernadette she needs an attitude adjustment and training in restaurant etiquette. Overall we will be returning thanks to Queen Sherri Princess Tyeisha and #1 Security James who even busted a few moves while the dj played thanks for the experience and treating us as if we were special even though it...
Read moreOn Saturday, August 26th, my spouse and I decided to grab a late lunch at the Williams Inn. We got there around 4:30 p.m. and was seated at the bar. Shortly after the bartender came and I wanted to know about the different sauces they had for the wings. Her response felt a bit short w/ an attitude telling me that information was in the menu. It took me aback, but I figured she might be busy, being the only bartender on duty.
Once we placed our food order, my husband decided he wanted a tequila and ginger ale. But whenever he tried to get the bartender's attention, she quickly moved to help other customers, which I understand. However, this back and forth went on for a while, with people who came in after us being served. And when we finally got her attention, again we were met with an attitude. Throughout this whole time, she NEVER checked on us, didn't give us utensils, never asked if we needed refills on water, is everything ok, NOTHING. Whenever we needed something, it felt like an imposition. I get it, she was the only bartender, but we've been to similar places with just one bartender, and the service was way better.
After my husband finally got his drink, we decided to wrap things up and asked for the check right away so we wouldn't have to wait longer. But then it took them another 15-20 minutes just to come over and process the payment. What was even more frustrating was that we noticed the bartender engaging in friendly chats and banter with other customers, laughing and having a good time. It was disappointing that we didn't get the same treatment; instead, it was just a consistent attitude.
We were genuinely looking forward to this visit, having been recommended by someone. So, it was really disheartening to experience such a lack of care and service. After my husband posted this experience on his Facebook page, many others commented saying they had similar experiences at this place. I talked to the manager, but now knowing that this wasn't an isolated issue, I'm hoping posting this review will prompt some quick changes at this place. Because this is not the first time we've had a disappointing experience. The first time we visited a few months ago, it was a karaoke night, I believe. We waited to be seated, and no one came for 10 minutes, telling us that there is a wait, you'll be seated shortly, nothing. Each worker just walked pass us as if we were none of their concern. We decided to just leave, and go to another restaurant up the street. Like I said, this issue needs to...
