I dont usually rate “chain” stores unless there is something unique about the menu (eg McDonalds on Randolph that has a “world” menu).

However, there is a dessert that is mentioned in the writing from “Made in Chicago: Stories Behind 30 Great Hometown Bites”. These are the taffy grapes. This sweet seedless green grape dipped in a white frosting with nuts tastes similar to the iconic Affy Tapple flavor. Quite a refreshing dessert.

Their made-to-order wings are very good and request a dusting of their lemon pepper to give it a nice zing. These wings are full wings with drummette, flat and tip and come with fries. Sharks puts out some decent fried fare at a reasonable price. As with most locations the interior leaves something to be desired. Mismatch light fixtures that look like they belong on a California penthouse. Poorly furnished and plenty of extra posters. I always find the menu confusing and difficult to read. At this location it was even more difficult with the women behind the counter trying to anticipate my order before I even knew what I wanted. Overall in and out quick food was hot and as expected.
