Facility is great! Very clean and inviting. The upper level seating area is very hot in the winter (or, at lease it was 12/11/2021). I had to take off all of my layers down to a t-shirt. Some of the vendors (Edzo’s Burger’s and Pita Yeero) were open but were choosing not to serve customers at 6:20 pm on a Saturday, which was frustrating! Budlong Chicken had run out of fries, Mac & Cheese, and everything for their salad, except carrots, by 6:30. The pizza and Mexican vendors were great and I would highly recommend (I was with a large group and we tried most of the vendors.). The Happy Lobster Mac&Cheese was fantastic. I also highly recommend! I am not sure why Urbanspce doesn’t have control over the vendors’ willingness to sell food during dinner time on a Saturday during the winter holidays. It should address that with its vendor leases. Three stars, but the overall experience leafy me not likely to return.

A great Food Plaza in the artistic heart of Chicago. There are many good options with relatively affordable prices. The architecture is rather simple but effective. I would put more flowers or color to make it an even more warm environment. The restrooms are only accessible through a code that is included in your receipt. So, keep it with you until the end. Also, there is free fresh water with small cups next (but not super close) to the restrooms. The second floor has a good sight of the place. There also are spaces with tables for groups of five or more. These rooms have power outlets but none of them seemed to be working. I had to ask one of the vendors to allow me to charge my phone in their spot. She was very kind to allow me to do so.

Stopped in with my significant other one day for some donuts was I was feeling a little under the weather from the night before. I was instantly blown away at the myriad of selections from such a discreet location. How could so many magnificent cultures, ethnicities, and people be packed into such a convenient space? I was immediately fascinated and proposed an idea. The following day we returned with $25 each and a mission: we would each pick one appetizer and one entree from two different locations and come together for an epic lunch. I was not at all disappointed. A gyro from the Greek restaurant, some beef tips from the barbecue stand, some meaty delightful pastry from the Indian place, a lobster bisque from the seafood place, and a small plate of sushi just because. I have no critiques. I have no qualms. All I have is love...

We were in the area for an afternoon show at The Chicago Theater. We arrived early but didn't plan ahead for lunch. A brief walk from the theater and we found this place. So glad we did! There were incredible food options and even more to come in 2024! We had amazing soup dumplings and steamed BBQ pork buns! Our little guy had a hot dog and loved it. My husband had some spicy tikka masala and said it was really good. And to end it all on a high note, we got a couple of Stans donuts and a frozen hot chocolate. The facility was clean and everything was easy to access with a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back when we're in the area again! Especially since we didn't try the Colombian polish food and I regret that decision because that menu looked so intriguing! There's definitely something for...
