Arby's — Restaurant in Chickasha

If I could give this sad excuse of an Arby's zero stars, I would. We walked in with no greeting, stood at the front counter while the employees all yelled and joked with each other inappropriately. I finally asked if we were invisible only to get an eye roll from the guy supposedly taking orders and got attitude. They neglected to tell me that they were out of an item that goes on the sandwich I ordered and charged full price. After we Dat and waited for 20 minutes I went back up to the counter and asked about our food. They had cleared the order after making one sandwich and forgot we had ordered. Once we waited an additional 10 minutes for food because I made them remake everything fresh, we were sitting down eating and they started popping off inappropriate remarks again. A young woman working started making gagging noises and was yelling that she refused to clean something up. I would have understood the mistakes with the old if they were busy, but there were 6 or 7 employees, and they were not busy at all. Overall, I would not suggest anyone to eat at the chickasha oklahoma location. We stopped to eat after walking through the festival of lights. Didn't care for my visit here. Tables were crummy. We asked them to wipe them off so we could sit down or if we could have a rag to wipe them. Staff came and sprayed every table first instead of just wiping them. Then had the paper towels on the floor. That's unsanitary. You can't clean the tables with paper towel that's sat on the dirty floor. He wiped one table and walked off never returned to clean the others. My mom picked the roll of paper towel off the ground. When we got our food it seemed like my curly fries were the corner of the bag. They weren't fresh.. food took forever then my mom walked to the counter and the staff said "ohhh my bad" he had forgot about our order and I assume it was sitting behind the counter for awhile. My family and I go to Arby's in Chickasha pretty often and never have issues but tonight was q whole other level. The girl taking orders in the drive through was extremely rude constantly asking if I was finished ordering after repeatedly telling her no, she spoke so fast I could barely tell what she was saying back to me. We get to the window and she starts handing me our stuff impatiently while speaking so fast I still couldn't tell what she said to me and had to ask her to repeat it. They give us our order and forgot the sauce for the French dip, then our crinkle cut fries were half full and when we got the sauce for the French dip it barely had anything in It and the guy tells us " I'm sorry that all we can offer you" AFTER paying full price for everything.
