Bella's Sports Pub — Restaurant in Chico

I have lived in Chico for 33 years and never had an awful experience like I have at the new bella's. The girl started my order and before I finished told me I needed to pay right now to her and order from the bar moving forward. She messed up my order and I had to ask her three different times before she even looked into it. After she realized she messed up she still charged us for the food she didn't put on and my friend had to wait for his fits while everyone else ate. No apologies just charged us and looked annoyed about it. I felt like the waitress was was very unprofessional and should have not taken our order of she didn't plan on actually serving us. Wow my first time there last night and DEFINITELY MY LAST TIME!
