Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Chico

☆ I LOVE THIS PLACE ☆ I go every morning to get coffee & almost every afternoon for my favorite tea.♡ Every single employee at the Humboldt location, as well as about 96% of the employees at 2 of the other 3 Dutch Bros in my town are amazing!! the only one I don't recommend is the Esplanade The rest of them, they are all super friendly & totally awesome... The Humboldt location is my favorite!♡ I love evryone there! They always make my drink perfect. Everyone there is super friendly, they make me feel special & important, they do that with their regulars. They know my name & my drink, they make my mornings brighter. Ordered a medium aftershock rebel was told it would be $6.50, asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no. Clearly I should’ve gotten a receipt because this young man took my order decided to add a two dollar tip for his own good without asking me or my knowing. This morning checking my bank account I saw this $2 tip. Taking my $6.50 drink to a $8.50 drink!! Disgusting behavior! How many people have gone through this drive-through and this young man has lined his pockets & the pockets of his teammates without people knowing? BE...

Dutch bros. This location is a below average service, one of the reasons I choose Dutch bros over STARBUCKS is because the line is supposed to be faster, however that is rarely the case at this location, ( this is what I have experience) the workers barely notice the line and when they do is too slow, Also they tip themselves. Not that I'm not going to tip them is just Disrespectful to just help yourself with my money. They are friendly, but it seems like customer service is not...
