Absolutely awful experience. We stopped here with my vegetarian parents and ordered one chicken and one veg dish. After 30 minutes of waiting, the waitress came and randomly asked if we ordered beef, something we never did. My parents were horrified. Then, after all that time, she casually told us the chicken dish wasn’t even available. The service was rude and clearly discriminatory, we weren’t given straws with our water while every other table had them, and the waitress openly mocked us while talking to another staff member. Completely unacceptable behavior. We left hungry, disrespected, and disgusted. If I could give -10 stars, I would.

A good eat for Asian taste, but don’t expect to be authentic Thai. The dishes are missing the most fundamental Thai ingredients such as Thai basil, lemon grass, and most importantly, the Thai chili spices. Pad Thai noodles were overcooked. Kra-pow beef had tough beef. One of the server was nice and courteous. The other one was so-so. They add 3.5% surcharge when paying by credit card without telling you. When asked, the so-so waitress said “it’s 1%”. But that’s just not true!

The “Pad Ci-U” (Pad See Ew) was quite flavorful with delectable, juicy pieces of meat (I chose chicken). Unfortunately, the dish was quite greasy with more oil than sauce, and I had to attempt draining it throughout my meal. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed the food as the components of the dish complimented each other. This restaurant is definitely a solid option while passing the cozy town of Childress with limited Thai food options.

We arrived as a party of 4. When we told the waitress 2 more would be joining us she was rude and mumbled them said she guessed it was ok. Then we ordered. Many things were out of stock. She brought most of the food out. She forgot what 2 people ordered and it took them a while to even get there food. The fried rice was not good. Very bland. Even with seasonings, I could only eat a couple of bites. I finished my drink and she never came back to check on us. 4 of us and empty glasses. Then we needed to check out. We needed separate checks. She was struggling toneun them so asked us to come up to the counter, so we did. I got my receipt and it wasn't itemized. I asked if I could get an itemized one and she said she'll get it to me when she is done. She then threw it at me. The receipt wasn't even itemized, so I asked for the menu to get pics of what I ordered. The menu prices were different than what the receipt showed. She got an attitude again when I was trying to figure out a solution. At that point I just cut my losses and left. I was starving still so we went to another restaurant and ate and had a much better experience. If you are looking for Thai food, this isn't it. If you are looking for good customer service then avoid Thai Kitchen. Go to The Plaza or...

Ok just left the resturant only one young lady working the floor.. Great young lady but lacks the skills for waitressing., every table in the house was cluttered with plates,, two elderly gentleman came in and took and say in a chair waiting to be sat. 7 four tops 4 booths and one 4 top in the whole house., all dirty... When the older folks asked what's going on. I looked over and seen two young kids playing on there phone.. I said the old men are about to leave. There reply was oh we are not working tonight ! She is..wow hope that mom does not pay you a lot.. You kids need to step up and bus the tables if your going to be there.. Bad ,, bad,, take the cell phone else where ., to the young lady waiting on my table sorry I upset you but remember tips are earned so when you walk over to give a drink. And you see an empty plate pick it up as you head to the back . this will make it easier for when the table clears out.. Sorry. When you are told about what a person says keep the attitude behind closed doors. I did not have tip you the wife said to.. Now the door was great I will eat again...

I've eaten here once before and it was somewhat ok, but the pad thai was super dry as was the chicken (if chicken is what it really was). So today, I tried to order pad thai with extra sauce like I've done at almost every Thai place I've ever been because I dislike the noodles when they are too dry. This place actually said, "What kind of sauce?" I said, "Pad thai sauce." This place said, "There's no pad thai sauce. Pad thai is dry." We went back and forth for a bit. She finally said, "I know there is pad thai sauce, but the noodles are dry." I said, "However much pad thai sauce you normally use for pad thai noodles, just double it for me." She actually said, "What kind of sauce?" Eventually I finally realized they were too stupid to know how to make pad thai. No wonder it was dry the first time I went here. They have pad thai sauce, but believe it should not go on pad thai. Go ANYWHERE else. One hour in any direction will get you to a better asian...
