Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Chino Hills

So I would like to start by saying I have been going to this location for over 7 years, this use to be my 5 star restaurants for all of my events such as my anniversary ,my kids and family birthdays ect ...I was very disappointed yesterday at the service my family and I received from our waitress. First of all we arrived and the waitress sat us at our booth and forgot about us she eventually came to ask what we would like to drink it took her 15 minutes to come and ask. Then she came back with our drinks and we decided to ask for appetizers so that we could munch on while we decided what wings to order but that was not the case she took another 15 minutes to come and take our order and about 30 minutes later she brought all of our food out including the appetizers we order to eat while we waited on the wings, she did not give us any napkins only 2 refills. Aside from that our food was cold to touch and when I bit in to the wing it was cold. So we waited for our waitress to come back and check on us but she never showed up we waited 20 more minutes and nothing. That's when I finally got tired of waiting and decided to ask another waitress what was going on with our server and she didn't even know what was going on she had brought to my attention that our waitress had clocked out and headed home without letting us know that someone else would be taking over. The worst part is that I've been having the runs and nausea after i ate the food yesterday. it's just sad how one person could mess things up..... I would like to thank the manager who I spoke to for trying to fix the damage that was already done. They even redid the food for us and we did not pay for our meal and I am thankful for that.just letting everyone know so this won't happen to u and I will not be going back any time soon due to the bad experience my family and I...

I came here on a pretty empty Wednesday to watch the dodgers game on the big screen with some friends, we sat in the bar area. Initially the service was good but after our original server server left the next one had terrible customer service. There were 4 in our party. I ordered 10 Thai curry and 10 mango habanero wings, when our server bring the wings out with no labels but was certain which flavors were there. I ate 2 mango habanero wings and didn't feel the spice so I asked my friend to try one because he ordered Asian zing and maybe they mixed the plates but he received his with the Asian zing label. I called over our "new" server and explained the situation, he moved around a few wings and underneath one of them found an Asian zing label. He looked at our ticket and confirmed they would have been mago habenero but said he would only bring out 5 because it looked like I ate half of them already so he took my plate (I only had 3, the initial wing, the second was to confirm, the third by buddy to double confirm). I didn't want to argue or gets into it because it was rough day for me and I didn't want BWW to further ruin my day or my friends. But that was the worst display of customer service, why was I being punished for a mistake made by them, I was charged for 20 wings when I only received 15 of the ones I ordered? I should have had all 10 mango habenero wings replaced or let me keep the remaining 7 Asian zing wings and provide the 5 mango habenero.

I understand mistakes happen but the place was empty. This may be why BWW are closing around the area. I doubt I ever go back there. There are other places in the area to watch games and better places...

I have really grown from loving Buffalo Wild Wings and this particular location has really finalized that decision for me. My family loves to go here alot which is why I have continued to come but each time the service is extremely slow. The wings are not consistent with texture or the amount of sauce each time.

I normally get these small size boneless with half garlic parmesan and the other half hot barbecue and each time they taste different. The beer always tastes "dirty" I'm not too sure how often they clean the taps or if it's the glasses but it's not as crisp and just doesn't taste right. I normally order a Modelo or Dos Equis with limes on the side and they are always brown and dry.

At times where I have come for lunch I have been told by the bar staff that my food will not come out in a timely manner and although she was kind it's very upsetting that it wasn't the 1st time that I heard that. I appreciate her honesty but I am saddened to hear that she lacked the help she needed for the very popular lunch hour.

At night, the music is very loud to the point where my friends are yelling at eachother and it's like you're battling with always one customer to play decent music on the machine. Bathrooms are gross and there is always sticky floors throughout the restaurant.
