Went through the drive-through at this location. The gentleman taking the order was very nice when we got to the window. He was still nice. Our order was all jacked up and cold. We didn’t get a receipt the Nuggets 10 out of 10 would definitely not recommend they were soggy and burnt and we got all spicy nuggets not any of the original nuggets Chicken fries were also hard and pretty nasty. The burger was OK. The french fries were cold. The onion rings were the only thing hot. The soda tasted like it was made with hose water definitely would not recommend this location pretty upset. We tried to call and it just went to voicemail so you can’t even reach out and get a hold of anybody at this location if you’re leaving the theater and hungry, definitely would not go there.

Whopper is close to whopping $ 10 with cheese (not combo, just the sandwich) and they are trying to save with sauce as burger was very dry, ketchup offered only if you ask. Drive through guy was nice but had dandruff all over his shoulders... yikes, hoping it didn't fall on my food. Biggest surprise.... was the serving size of the LARGE FRIES.... BK using tall and narrow container saving $$. I may have to comeback here to see how small their small size fries. BUT this place is done for me.

10 stars for the store manager, Destiny. ZERO STARS FOR THE COOK WHO PROVED HE'S ONLY THERE FOR THE $ AND NOT THE CUSTOMER - I DIDN'T HAVE IT MY WAY!! I ordered 2 burgers: I said no cheese - he gave me cheese (good thing I didn't eat the burgers I would've gotten sick), I said no mayo, he gave me mayo, I said extra pickles, extra ketchup, extra onions, extra mustard - he gave me none! But they took $!! Then my completed order was left sitting out for 5 minutes as I heard other orders after mine, called. When I asked the counter guy about my order he looks dumb founded, finds it, says "Oh here it is," hands it to me and wants away - he never thanked me. I feel sorry for the manager who has to work with these illiterate, apathetic, entitled, lazy people who won't deserve $20/hour in 2024!! I've notified corporate. They'll be speaking to the...

Bummer I didn't ask her name. What a pleasant surprises in a long time, maybe years, maybe decades.

I was ordering drive through today, 4/15/25, 10.36 AM, and encountered the most courteous, respectful and kindest service staff ever in my life. She greeted me with smile and kept her smile all the way to the end. She was definitely enjoying herself working busy at the same time genuinely and truly servicing customers in utmost pleasant manner. This was my never forget moment knowing there still exists a such excellent and wonderful service staff.
