A huge huge change at this location there's a young lady and I asked her for her name Jacqueline who's a shift leader went above me on that I couldn't even imagine. I've been asking for these caramel empanadas which I do recall they discontinued them but for some reason this location still had a few and this young lady decided to go above and beyond went into her freezer did all her checking and even recalled a night before doing inventory which I've never known a shift leader to do inventory usually a manager does but anyways she did that and had it made for me on top of gave me an extra little sweet empanada on the side for my patients which I'm going to say for a drive-through location let alone fast food this young lady with above and beyond and I hope this location really follows her type of lead because all the managers prior about 90% of them didn't have a genuine approach that she did and does and I hope everybody can follow her shoot I'd be her employee but I unfortunately had my own business so I can't work for her at the moment God bless you young lady thank you for going above and beyond truly and I hope this review shouts out really that this Taco Bell location is honored to have somebody like you and I hope you get all the praises See you next week hopefully you're...

I've gone many times a couple of hours before closing and they've already shut down. Or they say they're understaffed and therefore closed. MULTIPLE TIMES.
If they aren't closed, he is rude and cuts us off while ordering. Then just keeps asking "is that it?" over and over again. He's messed up my order several times.
This most recent visit he didn't want to tell us our total at the speaker. Once we got to the window, he took 2 minutes to even open the window. Once he charged us and gave us the receipt, I noticed there was a charge for a "TB FOUNDATION". I had no idea what that was and he seemed surprised that we asked. He then apologized and said it was for the next car. Then gave us a refund receipt for a completely different thing.
I believe he is charging people small amounts hoping they won't see the receipt just make a quota he has for donations or something. This is ridiculous. They need...

This was my 3rd time coming to this location. So I ordered my food, and there was alot of people in drive thru which is understandable since its dinner time. They're extremely slow too so whatever. I get to the window and all the employees are just kinda standing around talking. The girl opens the window and charges me. Then as she is handing my card back she tells me they've ran out of beef. I was kinda thrown off since I feel that should of been the first thing she should of told me before even charging my card. So I just went ahead and ordered their other choices of meat. It took them another 7 minutes to make my food mind you I was already waiting about 25 minutes.
