Wendy's — Restaurant in Chino

This restaurant is really bad. Yesterday, I went there to pick up online GRUHUB order, but no one at the counter, and I asked who closed one, she doesn't come for service. I have to wait about 15 minutes then one lady came out from inside and talked to drive thru receptionist to take care for the customers waiting at counter. When a lady prepared my order and hand to me but the food doesn' look complete, since my order contains 3 burgers combo but she gave me 2 small bag so I asked her to check and she took my phone and see the order on my phone then say everything in the bags. I'm not able to open the bags to check since bags are already sealed so I took them and deliver to customer. The customer complaining no burgers in the bags. Both bags only contain...

Seriously the worst customer service. The amount of times I ask for sauce or ketchup and get nothing is infuriating. This last time my burger was hanging half off the bun and literally had grease soaking the entire wrapper. I get its fast food but this never happens at any other wendys. Also, anytime I show up and NO ONE can take my order even though NO ONE is in the drive-thru is crazy to me. Always need a minute. Like every now and then i understand but this is just crazy. Also stay away if there are two or three people in the drive thru unless you wanna spend thirty to fourty minutes both waiting to order and receive your food. I LOVE wendys but im over the sub par service. Id rather just drive to a different one...

I know the prices are higher in California, but $8 for a $5 biggie bag, is nonsensical. When I placed my order with the manager (who was a man, although the receipt showed a woman's name), I told him not once, but twice: "No mayo". When I received my order, I first noticed the burger meat was precooked, as the cheese on it was not the least bit melted. A couple of bites into it, I noticed the burger had mayo in it. I was on my lunch break and did not have the time to have them make another one, so I removed the remaining lettuce and tomato and made do with what was left.
