Domino’s pizza — Restaurant in Chippewa Township

The manager, William, definitely need more knowledge in customer service as well as management. My husband and I ordered pizza for delivery. They quoted us 30 mins to a hour. A hour and 20 mins went by and the pizza never arrived. I called the establishment and they could not find my order but we had already paid for it. So I asked for a refund but he said my pizza was on the way. He is not sure how long but it should be soon. We stay on the road behind Dominos. 30 mins went by still no pizza I called back requested to speak to the manager. The representative acted if she had found my order and it was on the way again. Still no pizza called again to speak to the manager again He was so busy over talking me as if he was high or have no knowledge in customer service. I asked for a refund again. He could not find my order asked if I was sure I placed a order after calling three times !!! He said he could not refund me because he couldn’t find my order but remind you all again they already told me my order was on the way twice . Thank God for bank apps, My transaction history showed that I ordered the pizza from this exact location. I was lied to about my pizza being on the way to me just for them to tell me they can’t find my order smh ! This place need improvement. Was happy to finally get a dominos in Chippewa ..called in to order and guy said can I put you on "a literally 2 second hold " okay fine. Waited 15 min..called back , Same guy, same line. I tried to catch him at the end by saying "wait wait wait"but once again , put me on hold . I am totally fine if they are busy or whatever but I just wanted to find out the wait so I could figure out if my family wanted to wait or not. Waited on hold 10 min. Called back a 3rd time, same guy, same line again, once again tried to cut him off by saying wait just have a question and click was hung up on. Like seriously? And after reading all the bad reviews about the pizza being cold and boxes being smashed, maybe it was divine intervention that I didn't...

Ordered curbside which had a deal associated with it. This was a major mistake, after waiting 20 minutes i went inside and asked about my order, they found it buried on pizza rack. All products were warm. Only text said your order is late, watch for a free pizza code. Car beside me had 3 separate orders, which were all delivered to their car separately. Store was to busy for business they had. I will not be ordering from Domino's again, because i like my pizza hot. They sent me a code for a free pizza, which i will not be using; because i like my pizza hot. If your ok with cold food and a free pizza, then this is a great promo for you.
