Arby's — Restaurant in Choctaw

First off, I guess the times are changing where an angry OLDER black woman can yell at a customer for getting their order wrong. I am not speaking about a complicated order, but a roast beef vs beef n cheddar. My son can't have dairy went in because the sandwich was messed it up at the drive thru. Then when I brought the incorrect sandwich inside it was my fault and I got yelled at because she's doing the best she can and I can't help that I'm a picky white man. Wrong, I'm a Indian and your judgements on my skin color has nothing to do with YOU not having customer service or being able to make a sandwich correctly. I will never eat at this Choctaw Arby's again, and since I am born and raised in this area, and normally eat here 2-3 times a week with my famiky of 5, I'm telling all of my immediate and church family of this incident. DONT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR A JUDGEMENTAL, RACIST EXPERIENCE WHERE YOU MAY OR MAY NOT GET YOUR FOOD ORDER RIGHT, AND IF THEY DONT, BE PREPARED TO BE JUDGED BASED ON YOUR SKIN COLOR....

Horrible experience: We wanting 2 fresh chicken pecan salad sandwiches. We went to drive thru in the evening. The drive thru line did not move for over 10 minutes. There was not a long line of cars infront of us. We were able to get out line and leave this mistake of going to this Fast food restaurant. Very disappointed. My boyfriend called and spoke to manager and he gave nothing but excuses, about having a big group Inside just left and was cleaning up Lobby. Nothing about Drive Thru Priority. No apologies. Did not care to loose business. Not our kind of food restaurant to eat after this experience.

I have worked in fastfood in prior years and know Drive Thru is suppose to be priority. Not that keep customers waiting where they go elsewhere. There were several customers in line that left due to terrible customer service and long waiting. I hope this matter is looked into and taking care of in...

I came in with my family well 4 of us this time and my card got denied I guess my storage had taken out their payment and I didn't realize the money I put in there had been taken out so of course as a mother I was so embarrassed and I felt bad and THEN SHE SAID "THANK YOU YOUR ORDER WILL BE READY IN JUST A MIN" i said oh it went thru no maam but your order had been taken care of ... i was sitting in the booth watchimg my family eat the food and play and talk and the tears just running down my face!! Thank you for saving the day and the sweet kind way you did it so no one noticed ... I'm honored to live in a place with people like this and I feel so Blessed so thank you so much for your kindness and Making such an impact on us❤👌 I tip my hat...
