I do not like to leave thumbs down reviews typically just positive or nothing ,but lately there are two things I really dont want to see so much. 1.)Businesses absolutely rejecting any deals coupons rewards etc and still provide you with good product and friendly service. When it comes to deals nobody knows but if you choose to show and insist they make a lap and say my manager said no, No what? No won't use coupon? No it's not real? No not the mama? No deal? deal or no deal? With a monotone voice we get our order taken almost told they had no dr. Pepper but she then said never mind and gave us root beer but said nothing the only drink the other passenger would not drink he doesn't do root beer so it unfortunately did matter. Then we get just biggie combo no add one or up charges and a tiny frosty the total is over $10 this had never happened so I get online I see coupons for Feb 2024 which it is currently. We show them it does not say online or anything it literally says just take to store. Drive thru attendant says umm idk so I'm like ok well it says 24 and in store and only $5 biggie she says nothin walks away and comes back says my manager says no. That is all she said I dropped it let it go and stayed polite bought the food got a second order then realize nuggets are old fries are old and hard and burger was garden envy with a majority lettuce and ok but not the best. Frostys were two Inches below the rim. Also they did have Dr pepper. 🤔 Nothing terrible. nothing great at all. Price doubled quality seriously reduced from all other experiences just a standing example of a clear lose lose unsatisfied customers probably lead to unhappy employees which lead to poor service and food and round and round. Wendy's please don't do this don't be like all the others. you have never. Your employees weren't bad just clearly unhappy and that is sad I do not want to blame or hinder...
Read moreWe had a coupon & tried to order a 2 spicey chicken sandwich with fries & 2 drinks. The girl couldn't understand what our order was because she couldn't find it on her computer so I told her I would drive up & show her the coupon which didnt expire until June 2, 2019. I had to wait some time before the car in front moved. Then drove up to show the girl the coupon. She still couldn't figure it out over alot of time. Finally a girl came to help her but she couldn't figure it out but finally said she did. Also people behind us were waiting & waiting on me. I get up to get my order & the girl said just wait a minute for 1 more order for fries. She handed me 1 drink but that was all. Then after some time she finally went to hand me a small sack with only 2 fries in it. No sandwiches & not another drink. I said wait where is our 2 sandwiches & other drink. She looked at me funny & said I already gave you something. I told her we only got one diet coke & nothing else. She looked at her order screen again & said what she gave me wasnt a diet coke. Read more1st time I went the food was good but the entire place was trashed.... was there for 40 min and not even 1 employee was cleaning. they were all playing around just having a grand time. 2nd time I came to the drive about 12 min before close in the drive through and the 1st lady took my order and informs me that they can only do fry items because they cleaning the grill...... so u mean to tell me I can't order a burger before u close.... anyways they inform me they can make me a burger after it's cleaned if I really wanted it. then before I pull up another lady speaks to me in a very demeaning and rude voice and said that the grill is broken uh huh likely story and she then tells me well I have employees who have to get out on time. i am a a manager in the food business and u don't clean that grill untill after u are officially closed i know if my boss seen me turning away customers because I wasn't following the rules i would be fired just saying.... it's a new store next to alot of other options would be a shame if the store failed. also btw I have called many times and even went inside to ask for the gm and gave my number to a manager to give to the gm and...
