Went to this Denny’s on Saturday night with a group of people so you know we were gonna spend some money. We got in and no one waited on us til 20 mins after and it wasn’t even busy. So we ordered 3 samplers and 4 other entrees which one was a chicken club sandwich the onion rings were greasy we squeezed it and all this oil came out and the chicken in the club was raw in the middle and burnt on the outside. And so were the fries that the sandwich came with. So we told the waiter and she had the cook remake it so they found the thinnest chicken filet and still manage to burn it and the waiter knew it was burnt because she apologized when she gave it to me saying it could be better prepared but still brought it out like that. I told her my fries were hard as rocks and she didn’t seem to care. They didn’t offer to expedite the chicken club or any thing but a Togo container because I didn’t eat it. I kindly said no thank you and just asked for the bill. Then we went to pay and I gave a $100 bill and she said they couldn’t take it because it was old but the bill was from 2001 so it didn’t make sense there was no sign anywhere stating so for customers to see. So we asked what if that was the only form of payment we had what would happen then. The manager then came out at the very end and did nothing but apologized for raw chicken. This was the worst Dennys we have ever experienced. If you want a good Denny's the one of E street is better and they have mimosas!!!!! Don’t go here. Read moreWORST customer service EVER!! I used their dennys online for delivery. And they missed a whole meal in my order. No big deal it happens with big orders. I just call them and a lady answers. I told her the issue, and she said "yes the food I'm looking at it right here." I said great when will someone be able to drop it off? And she said uh wait one second. And then hangs up on me. So I called back, " ma'am I think we got disconnected, I just called about my missing food order and when it will be coming out" she said " the driver is on his way to pick it up right now. Shouldn't be long." I say "great thank you". 40 minutes go by. Im like where the heck is this food. I call back. A different girl answers this time. I explain the situation asking what the eta is because we have to leave the house soon. She says I have no idea what you're talking about. That they dont do delivery. I told her i ordered through the online dennys and she said " well I don't know who you were talking to but I just got back from break, and we don't do delivery. So you can either come pick it up or you can talk to the manager." I said could I please just talk to the manager and maybe get a refund because it's been so long I didn't feel like waiting longer. Read moreMy Friend and I went to Dennys 2 times for lunch recently. One on University ave/ Fairmont ave./ , Bonita I'd. We felt like we were treated unkind, and racially profiled. On University ave, we waited 20 minutes the severs never spoke too us , or offered service or a seat? They were not busy,! So we left! Went to Dennys 2 days later on Bonita I'd. We waited for 15 minutes for a table. The servers never gave us silverware too eat with, they waited on people who came in before- after us politely, happily.! The other patrons were ask if they needed anything changing orders? Not us we were treated like we had the plague. The steak was hard, potatoes burnt, we told the waitress we could not have butter- our pancakes had a big serving of butter on top, when we ask the waitress about it she said- another waitress filled the order- she couldn't do anything about it( nasty attitude,, Voice! We ask to speak with the Manager- we were told they are not here? Food was not warm and was dropped on the table. I called dennys complaint line while we were in the restaurant. I have received calls from Dennys offering gift cards? We felt like we were treated like Slaves, and disrespected! We both cried! It's bad when you go places and treated like this!
