18 2023 at 7:49 PM the person working the drive-through was extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered through the mobile app I pulled up to the speaker box and said hello. How are you doing? I placed a mobile order the first response I get is Just come to the window with a very rude attitude once I get to the window as I am preparing to get the drinks in my car arranging the water bottles that I have out of the cupholders so I can place the smoothies there before I even turn around the ladies Shoving the tray in my face telling me take your smoothies here and rolling her eyes. Can I get a hello how are you? I asked for my receipt. She tells me rudely it’s in your app. I have another customer. and slammed the window in my face. I have to snap my finger and almost get out of my car and knock on the window. I tell her I don’t care if it’s in my app , I want it printed out now that I’m returning her energy of the disrespectful Ness now that I have my receipt. Hopefully she didn’t go to another cash register because the name on the receipt is Jada. And that’s why I asked for my receipt print it out so I can have the employees name because this girl needs to get her attitude checked in learn hospitality. Everything started smoothly in the drive through when they took our order and when we got to the window they retook our order which is no problem because I understand there can be some troubles. The part that was bad was when we got handed the wrong açai bowl and when I went inside to get the correct bowl after leaving the drive through the employee very rudely yanked the bowl out of my hand as another employee started making the correct bowl without changing his gloves that were full of Nutella chocolate. The Açaí primo, the bowl we did order does not come with Nutella, yet our bowl had it all over the plastic container. When I grabbed the bowl my hands became full of chocolate. This was a terrible experience not only by getting the wrong order but the very rude and unprofessional employees looked like they just did not want to be there and made sure I knew that was the case. Read moreToday, I went thru the drive up and no one answered. I thought it was closed. I waited 5 min to get a response and nothing. I went around to see if the other car behind me had better luck. But nothing. I decided to go inside, only 2 people in front of me. The male employee didn’t even bother to akcnowledge me at all. He was wearing his headset but I don’t know for what if he wasn’t going to use it. After he took so long to get their order ready… I would say those two people where already there before me. Only 2 drinks and took him about 15-20 min tops. Anyway, after they left, I stood there no acknolwedgment not nothing.
