A well deserved one star. Took my family here for a last dinner together before everyone goes back to school. My mistake. It was a Saturday night so I can understand being busy, but getting orders wrong is inexcusable and getting them wrong three times before finally getting it close enough is reason enough for me to never go back or to ever order delivery. I ordered a deluxe with garlic crust, and my daughter (who doesn't like cheese) threw them a bit of a curve when she asked for a garden pizza with no cheese, add pineapples and also a garlic crust. 30 minutes later out come our pizzas. The deluxe didn't have the garlic crust, the garden didn't have pineapple or the garlic crust but they did put cheese on it. They did offer to remake my pizza with garlic crust but after waiting 30 minutes I didn't feel like waiting again. My daughter did however correct them and had them remake her pizza. 20 minutes later, wonder of wonders she got her pizza with a garlic crust... and cheese, still no pineapples. After pointing out that they got it wrong again her pizza was remade again, this time FINALLY after only 15 more minutes it was like a heavenly chorus as she opened the box. No cheese and a garlic crust... and still no pineapples. She asked for some in a cup so she could dump some cold pineapples on a lukewarm pizza and we left in disgust. I'd like to say that it was a fluke and we were probably the only people who had problems with their orders, unfortunately while we were waiting there were four different people who came all the way back to the store to get their orders fixed, I can't imagine how many just said screw it and ate what they had. Save yourself the headache, that great little family place with the awesome service and tasty pizza in old downtown Cibolo is probably still the best bet, not this chain restaurant filled with a bunch of chuckleheads who can't get your order right and won't even offer to make it right by you after they mess up.
They do however deserve a star, their pizza does manage to edge out Dominos as far as taste, but their customer service...
Read moreThis is the 4th or 5th time that we've ordered, requested parmesan, crushed pepper & garlic sauce and didn't receive it. The last time we ordered, I explained the condiments weren't provided even after specifically requesting them & was assured they would be there which they weren't. When I called to notify, the rep did offer to have some delivered and I declined because I felt that's silly to have someone deliver just condiments. Fast forward to tonight, the exact same situation occurred, but this time when I called back to notify and was offered delivery of the garlic sauce, I accepted, needless to say, we have been waiting for the garlic sauce for 1 hour & 22 minutes, pizza not too hot @ this point & am almost positive Marcos will not show up. We don't eat out often, but have been trying to help the businesses in our community during this pandemic and finding it's not always worth it if the customer service, the simple things, aren't a priority to the business itself. We have allowed you to make this wrong right, by ordering a few times hoping by letting you know during the ordering process this was a challenge for you, but you didn't take heed. Read morePlaced a large Marcos order on Sunday 5/29 for my family. As this was a large order we did not eat all of it, refrigerated leftovers immediately. The next day I went to reheat my wings, and mind you this was an unopened wing order, and saw something funny on one of the wings. Took a closer look and found they were maggots. I was so disgusted I threw everything out and had to call my family to tell them to throw their leftovers out as well. We’ve ordered Marcos since they first opened and noticed their quality and service going down while their prices continued to rise and have continued to support their business. After this we will no longer be ordering from them again.
Please note, I did call to voice my concern and the manager I spoke to, Auburn, seemed very dismissive. After I called him out on it he apologized and said this has never happened before and no one has called to complain about this before. Which I understood however I would not make this up, I was calling to make them aware of the issue in hopes that no one has this...
