We placed an order on May 15th for an order for a pan of rib tip and 3 slices of garlic bread. Initially , the young lady said it wouldn’t be enough time however; we wasn’t in no hurry it was around 12:30pm and the order would be be around 2 and Bernell and I advised her that would be fine. The cost was $77.00 plus. We picked up the purchase and served it for a birthday party and the ribs were swimming bbq sauce only to cover up the burnt, hard ribs. Let me change this review. Food is good but their service is bad. The last two times I walked in to pick up food I ordered through grubhub. And twice I left hungry. The firs time was in Feb. I showed up and they said their internet was down, which I understand but I didn't have any cash to buy food so I left empty handed. Today, I placed another order for pick up at 1045am and this time they told me they were still closed! I pointed at the sign next to the door that said they open at 1030am. But they said no they were still closed. So I again left empty handed! The food is still good...

I and my family of 4 generations have been coming here over 30 years and all the other locations as well. Never had a problem with the food. But to serve you a burnt burger bun on both sides. In my opinion shows inexperience and lack of training on Nicky's part.I will still come here but I will check to see who is at the grill cooking. My son was hungry so he didn't see what he was eating. I could smell it was burnt without looking.
