My 25 year high school class reunion was held at Forty Thieves. I was on the planning committee and truthfully didn't know exactly what to expect. The food was delicious! So many different flavors bounced around my mouth at once. Very good. The staff was EXCELLENT. They attended to approximately 50 of my classmates. We had dinner and they even created a specialty drink specifically for my graduating class only! It was soooo good. Tahini, citrus, or sumac would all be welcome (and needed) additions. The shwarma bowl was similarly bland with grey meat piled onto said flavorless hummus.
