Holiday Spirits — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Came here recently for Santa Con with friends. Witnessed one bartender in specific cut off multiple people for no apparent reason. Was extremely rude and mocked one of my friends, then watched him grab and throw a girls credit card on the ground behind the bar after he wouldn’t serve her. Heard at least 5 separate people complain about this bartender. We left the bar after all of us were too afraid to try to order drinks in fear of being mocked or yelled at, or possibly losing a credit card. I almost said something to the bartender, but they were clearly on a power trip and I didn’t want to cause a scene. Do not recommend this bar.

And want to note that I personally don’t drink, so I was 100% sober during all of this and witnessed it occur. I don’t usually like writing reviews, always two sides to a story, but regardless this employee was going too far. If you want to cut someone off because they’ve had too much, that’s fine. But you should do so in a responsible manner like all bartenders are supposed to be...

Came here at the tail end of our night when the other places were shutting down. The place was pretty packed which did lead to Long wait times and a hard time finding a seat. We were fortunate to get a seat after only 20 minutes of being there. There was relatively good music with a variety of classic and alternative rock. There are two pool tables, but due to being too crowded I didn't play. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive for how busy they were. Had some quick but humorous conversations that made for an enjoyable evening. I would definitely recommend coming here and what I am told the Swarmas are really good I just wasn't...

Overall not a great experience. The people were great, but the environment not so much.

It wasn’t very busy for a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend, which was fine. But there was a smell, a bit like the floor had been mopped with months old water. It’s possible it’s not always like this, but it was pretty pungent and impossible to ignore. The music volume was obnoxiously loud for it being as slow as it was during that time.

The one drink we did get was great, and exactly as advertised. There were a couple others we looked to try, but they were out, most likely from the holiday rush,...
