IHOP — Restaurant in Cincinnati

My girlfriend came in she Probably won’t come back, placed an order online said it would be ready by 10:27 got to the store about a minute or so after just to wait 20 more mins so about 10:50 I got my food The young lady ( mind you not professional to be cussing in front of customers)at the register asked if I was placing I said no pick up and told her my name she goes back to the counter and looks around and then goes off and does other things, didn’t say it was almost ready or it’s done or we are waiting on something, absolutely nothing. I proceed to then get someone else attention I asked her how long on my pick up order she legit turns around and picks up the bag that was sitting on the counter the entire time. I then look in my order to make sure it was correct and it wasn’t (mind you what I order was the 2X2X2 one had scrambled eggs the other had medium easy over both had bacon and pancakes that was it)

so I handed it back while my order was being corrected my other half of the order was just sitting on the counter. In my opinion hire more people so just two kitchen workers aren’t making every order while you have 3 people in front barely doing anything or communicating with the guest of how long their order will be. The service needs to be better and standing for another 20 mins after my order should have been ready another man was waiting for 30 mins before I came in and I got my order along with 2 other people that came in behind me got their order before him.! Won’t be back just because of the service overall. SEEMING THAT YOUR A NEW IHOP IN THE AREA i expected a little better but I’d rather drive to ihop on...

Hey hey I gotta give 3 stars because I didn't like the new concept or how we didn't have a server like I needed stuff I shouldn't have to walk up to the counter n ask. I mean don't get me wrong it's new and trying something like that out in Clifton Heights was maybe not the greatest idea but the keios was very detailed but for the eggs not everybody knows what sunny side up means & or so on... Lol it's not detailed for the eggs. My eggs tasted so delicious so did the pancakes but the pancakes made me nauseous really bad. (My apologies I keep jumping all over when typing this)!! What's up with the prices?? Seriously¿ ummm $10.99 for 3 pancakes plain.. I thought it would have been $3.99 for 3 plain pancakes to me the pancakes seemed like it was for the kids not for us young adults / adults.. THE FRUIT OMG DELICIOUS AS CAN BE!! FRESH & PERFECT !! ALSO THE HOT CHOCOLATE WAS NASTY TOO WATERY GRRR I was bummed out about that. Overall it was nothing special overpriced n hot chocolate...

Absolute worst place ever lol. Ordered and paid for my food, arrived at restaurant hours before close, just for the lil girl in the picture below, to say (loud enough for me to hear through the door) “__ it’s someone knocking at the door” — yet completely ignored my existance, it was cringy and extremely rude and unprofessional, she just sat on her phone at one of the tables, not even making eye contact or acknowledging me. Cook in kitchen saw me and quickly hid from me as if they thought they were invisible to me lol. Cracked out and glad as hell they didn’t make my food. I’m expecting a refund.. had a tip for them as...
