BEWARE!!! Chase will allow scammers to access your chase bank account info unguarded & authorized for fraudulent purchases made by overseas (online got) or (local Gas & ATM skimmer got) scammers (Chase) through investigation can see wasn't made by you via (purchase ip addresses) without notifying you of someone trying to use/make fraud purchases online* and when you get (Chase) to refund your money like I did because the girl could see it happening in real time, (Chase) will take it right back allowing your hard earned money to be accessed & stolen by the original scammers you reported to (Chase) after a "clearing period"... saying (Chase) is giving you a "temporary credit" for the loss of your funds due to in my case (Chase) allowing it to be stolen & accessed. Question.. How about giving me/us back our money you (Chase) know scammers took from me/us you're allowing to extort from me/us through your bank. That morning I woke up to pay rent on the 1st and scammers were right then buying tickets in Germany* and even while I was quickly there after sitting in your Clifton location reporting the crimes to you (Chase). You even asked if I was in there in office or in Germany to the nice employee stating I was presently there to your fraud team member but you still reversed the "temporary credit" covering fraud scammer's purchases on the 21st just a few weeks after I reported it to you @ (Chase) while it was happening. If you have a Chase account in Cincinnati where a lot of skimmers are (Chase) told me your info is at risk and there is nothing they will do for you without getting the local news involved so that's what I'm doing along with contacting my lawyer. (Chase) allowed my info to be stolen & fraudulently used & (Chase) did not protect or back me their customer. Now the fraudsters purchases have overdrawn my account since chase took back their so called "temporary credit" for my losses (Chase) allowed which should have been 100% guaranteed. BEWARE OF CHASE, YOU MEAN NOTHING TO THIS COMPANY!! Funny thing to add, the scammers made several purchases and (Chase) hasn't reversed those.. just the scammer purchase that would overdraft me.. I've been with (Chase) for years* but have moved my business elsewhere that protects their customers. Hard Pass On Opening A Chase Account...
Read moreWorst bank I ever had to deal with. My card was over charged by a significant amount by a merchant (merchant avoiding calls) that was unauthorized while im away out of town was told I would receive a temporary Credit until the claim was fixed. I told them I needed it by Thursday because I had to travel home. (I drove there) they only left me with $32 so yes I was pissed !!!! They assured me that it would be available by Thursday. On Wednesday night I checked my account. No credit and my card was once again charged without my consent. On top of that I don't have over draft protection and yet they continue to misuse my account information. Had I not have family to send me money I would be stranded here. This has left me in an uncomfortable position. Since I've been with them I had nothing but problems. When I had issues when I signed up I should have backed away then. But its never too late. Once I get to the city I will cancel this bank. Will be waiting on them at the door before they can even unlock it. Messing with my hard earned coins. Will be getting a safe for my home. Best option until I can find a more reliable source....
Read moreThe first representative brushed me off and i had to return to the branch a 2nd time to discuss the issue in depth. While the account specialist was being dilligent and assisting me, his manager began hovering over him to assist a family. She appeared 3-4 times and asked when he would be done, while he was assisting me. This needs to stop. It's unnecessary. It's unprofessional. It's unethical. I don't want to starve, so my money needs to appear. My financial institution should assist me when it doesn't. I understand you treat poor people differently, but I deserve the same respect to my financial concerns as the next family or individual. Terrible experience, but thanks to the rep who...
