The night of the 21st- it was my birthday and I was seeing a friend for a quick drink. I know this bar is cash only so I went to the back to get cash. I was then addressed by the bartender and she was asking me what I was doing and I told her that I was getting money for the bar. She asked me if I was waiting for a particular friend- how she assumed it was my friend idk. But as soon as I confirmed. She started acting more hostile. Mind you, I didn’t know that my friend wasn’t welcomed there fr and I have nothing to do with his profession- he wanted to go for a drink with me for my bday. She assumed that the 20 dollars that I got from the ATM was for drugs and not a shot of tequila . I found that very offensive- I work with the community. She was also very drunk behind the bar- Yall need to figure out customer service and how to not have confirmation bias towards a person who just want a drink...
